When a patient walks in to meet the doctor, usually any doctor asks the patient about the problem and then goes on to diagnose. **** ******* ******* ****** ******** ** *** **** ****** ** ** ******* *** **** ******* **** * *** **** **** ******* When I gave him the report, he started going through it *** **** ********** **** ** ** *** ** ****** *** **** *** **** **** ***** Then he asks something which I could not hear properly because he was talking in a very low voice, ** * ***** *** * ******* ** **** **** ****** **** ** *********** **** ** ** ** ** ** ******** **** ** **** ***** ******* **** * *** *** ****** **** ***** * ***** *** ** *** **** * ******* **** *** *** ****** **** ********** ** ******** ******* ** ** ****** ****** I just asked him to speak louder so that I can understand what he is asking.

Anyway, affer that he started going through my reports and said I need to start obesity medicine and those specific medicines are costly. He asked if he should prescribe them because if not, then he will write in the prescription that he advised the obesity medicines but I refused *** ******* *** ****** ** *** ** ** ***** ** *** ********** I didnt want to argue..so I said ok write it. Then he checked my stomach and chest with his hand and stethescope and said ok come and sit at the desk and again started talking about prescribing the obesity pills. **** **** ** ****** **** ** *** ******* ****** i told him Dr...this is not what I came to you for. I have some other problem , you didnt even ask me what problem i was having. He said he is a doctor that looks after obesity and related problems. So I told him i called and asked your staff if you would look in to my kind of problems and they said yes. Even the doctor then said, ofcourse I am a physician and I can diagnose any ailment. So then I told him what my problem was and then he just saw it ************* for a second and said its nothing. Now do you want to start those obesity medicines, it is essential for me etc. I again tried to bring him back to my problem because i felt he had not heard me fully *** *** **** ******* ********* I wanted to tell him that the history of the problem, the locations etc *** ** **** ****** ** *** ** ******* ** ******* ********** * *** ******* ****** ** **** ***** ***** ** ***** *** ****** *** *** **** ***** ** ** **** * ** ****** ***** *** *** **** ** ** ****** ** ** ** *** *** ** ** * ************ *** *** **** *** ** *** *** * **** ** **** ** *** **** * **** **** * *** *** **** *** * *** *** *** ******** ****** * **** *** *** *** *** **** *** ** ** ******* *** **** ******* ******* ******** *** **** *** *********** ********* *** ******* ** *** ******* *** ***** * *** **** ********** this was my first bad experience with a doctor. Never seen anyone like him before. *** ************ *** **** * ****** ** *** *** *** ********* *** **** *** *** **** ** *** ** **** ***** *** ***** **** ********* **** ****** ** ****** *** ********* ********* I left from there as I understood there is not point being here in this clinic.

After wasting 1000 rs on this doctor, I saw a dermatologist the same day, ** ********** **** ********* *** *** ******* ***** * *** *** * **** ****** ***** *****

I am never visiting this doctor again and I would never recommend him to anyone.

I am V Gangadharan, 59 old male patient of Dr Alok Modi. I was admitted with covid 19 in May 2021. I was in ICU and in hospital for totally 2 months.

I was very critical on ventilatory support and managed by Dr Alok Modi entirely with his team working under him for the entire period of 2 months. My family was told that I would not go back home as my lungs were totally damaged with covid, but Dr Alok Modi worked very hard on me, used to come at 1 am in the night also at times to check me and literally pulled me out from the jaws of death.

After covid I had become very weak and my muscles had gone totally. I was discharged on oxygen concentrator at home. I was on oxygen concentrator for another one month after discharge. I would come to Kevalya hospital in ambulance on oxygen to follow up with Dr Alok Modi, that is how bad my condition was.

Today I am off oxygen, doing very well, my muscles have picked up nicely, I am able to do so many activities comfortably now, yet not fully recovered , but I am alive and much much better thanks to Dr Alok Modi and his team working under him.

I stay at Devdarshan Phase I near Waghbil, Godhbunder road.

I want to say that Dr Alok Modi has given me a "Punarjanama" and is like God to me on this planet. I am alive today due to his dedication and hard work.

Dr Alok Modi is very polite and understanding, at time he is harsh but with the idea of helping me recover, a very friendly and very nice human being.

I can never thank him enough for sending me back from the jaws of death>

My mother was admitted on Oct 1 2020 in the ICU at Kevalya hospital for severe breathlessness and diabetes and fever. She was suspect covid patient. She was subsequently not detected to have covid and so we could complete treatment here at Kevalya hospital.

We found Kevalya very clean and staff is very friendly and helpful. The administrator was very helpful and guided us throughout the journey.

We got a feeling that our mother was very safe here and we were at ease when she was in the ICU especially as her age is 81 years.

We were under treatment of Dr Alok Modi and he would update us about her condition everyday.

Dr Alok Modi put us at ease as we came with the perception that this is a major issue and we were not able to come to terms with my mothers' condition when we got admitted at Kevalya. Dr Alok Modi was not seen focusing on financial aspect which is what we have seen at other hospitals. Billing was reasonable over here at Kevalya hospital.

My mother told me that staff comes at fixed time to give nursing care, clean her regularly, gave medicines on time.

We would recommend Kevalya hospital and Dr Alok Modi to the community over here.

I had brought my father Mr. Suresh Wadodkar to Kevalya hospital on Dec 28, 2019. He had become serious in the house, and we took Dr Alok Modi for a home visit on emergency basis. Since he was serious, Dr Modi volunteered his own car and we dint wait for an ambulance and brought him in Modi sir’s car and got him admitted in emergency in Kevalya hospital. His sugars were very low, and he had become critical. We stay in Vijay Vilas, Taurus society, close to Kevalya hospital.

I am really grateful to Alok sir for visiting at my house immediately in such a critical condition and brought my father back to life, now my father is cheerful and bac to normal senses. Dr gave me lot of clarity and transparency in his advice, about medications and line of treatment. Very happy with the friendly nature and temperament of Dr Alok Modi. Never gets angry even if we ask him many questions.

Hospital has all facilities running for 24 hours, and nephrologist visit was arranged immediately, and everything was smoothly covered with cashless. 24 hours availability of doctors, superspecialists, pathology, x ray, very smooth process.

Nursing staff and Kevalya hospital staff are good, friendly, and skilled in their work. Housekeeping is very friendly and hospital is neat and clean.
