I visited the doctor for acne scar treatment as well as for dry skin condition. He listened to me carefully giving sufficient time and with utmost importance. He suggested me micro needling for 4-6 sessions as safest scar treatment along with prescription creams. I must say that after my third session with him, my scars seem to have improved significantly. There is no side effect so far and I have almost completed my treatment course.

He has been very patient during the entire period and his treatment has been extremely beneficial. The wait time is long but it is understandable because he gives each patient enough time to address all the medical concerns.

Hoped for better: Wait time

Bad experience with this doctor. I took an appointment for 12:30 PM. Reached there on time. They collected the fees at the reception. He is giving first importance to other patients. I waited for 1 hour. When I saw that is he giving importance to other patients. I took my fees back and left his clinic. Bad experience with this doctor, not considering Practo patient which are coming with prior appointments.

Apologies for keeping you waiting on that day. I know it was crowded on that day. If you would have given me a call for your appointment I would have definitely accommodated in between. I was attending patients as per their turn without giving any extra preference to anyone

Did not attended on scheduled time which was set online, rather I was asked to wait for 1 to 1.30 hours outside the clinic

We follow first come first serve basis queue in the clinic . Sometimes people/ patients misunderstand that time of appointment given in the clinic is fixed which is not true it is approximate time. Sometimes patients visits quite earlier to their appointment and if there is no waiting patient is attended before time if more patients and waiting is long then one has to wait long. Sometimes patient visit beyond clinic timings and if I am available I attend that patient . So in nutshell one should not complain of late attending in the clinic it all depends on that particular day situation/ number of patients. As far as your second point of asking you to wait outside the clinic was because of no place in side the waiting area and we don’t want crowding in waiting area just to follow COVID protocol.
