About My Diagnosis – Proximal Bulbar Urethral Stricture

This condition occurs when the urethra becomes narrowed due to scarring, which blocks or slows the flow of urine. Because of this, I was facing difficulty in passing urine, burning sensation, and incomplete voiding. Dr. Sir explained everything clearly in simple language so I could understand the actual problem inside.

About My Surgery

After discussing all treatment options, Dr. Shashikant Sir advised a planned surgical procedure:

* Cystoscopy

* Urethroplasty with Buccal Mucosa Graft** Laser BNI (Bladder Neck Incision)

He explained how the surgery would be done, how the buccal mucosa graft helps in widening the urethra, and how it gives long-term relief. His explanation removed all my fear and gave me confidence.

My Experience After Surgery........

My surgery was successfully completed, and today I am feeling much better than before. My urine flow has improved, there is no pain or burning, and I finally feel relieved. I am extremely satisfied with the treatment and results.

Senior but impolite.. My mother had been experiencing severe neck pain from sometime., she finally decided to visit UK mishra for consultation. She booked an appointment with him ****** *** ** ** **** **** ***** ******** ****** *** in return she was not heard out properly of when she was explaining her history of health and was prescribed some generic pain meds for a fee of Rs 1k . despite the appointment she had to wait for 2 hours to meet the doctor as well.
