Anubha maam has always been helpful to me throughout my plan and post plan as well . Days when I was giving up and doubting myself she really motivated me.

I have known Anubha for many years but never went to her for the weight loss programme or for any fitness regime. But recently since past couple of years I have been putting on weight and no exercise at all, you can say it was due to medical reasons and the interest and believe in weight loss and fitness had lost in me. That's when I met her just casually in the clinic when I had gone to show my son to her dad, and the first thing that came up from her was bhabhi why dont you come to me and I will help you out with it. It did take time for me to get geared up and land up in her clinic one day, and since then its been the major turning point of my life. I have become focused towards my diet my exercises and I feel myself again. Though its been only a month showing her and I have lost 1.5 kilos in say 2 weeks time which i feel is awesome and that too without major change in my diet.
