Ms. Piya is a very patient listener & you can go at length speaking about the issues. I like the way she makes us feel comfortable so that we do not shy away from sharing our problems.

She always presents two sides of the coin. Her approach is to take incremental steps towards improvement is commendable.

This was my first experience with counseling. It was a good experience. I have always had difficulty with opening up to people and I was pretty scared when I started. Ms Piya's kind and friendly nature made me feel safe and comfortable about sharing my problems. She helped me understand the issues I was facing and gave me tools to cope with them. All the exercises that she has made me do has helped me immensely. She was patient with me, whenever i had difficulty in communicating. She has helped me gain self confidence and clarify the confusions i faced. She is amazing at what she does. I am glad I have her as my counselor.

I was always quite skeptical about seeking help for mental problems. I went through something and I didn’t know what to do, so I randomly searched on Practo for psychologists near me and found Grey Matters Wellness. I was quite uncertain about it until I met Piya in person. She made me comfortable with her friendly attitude and was quite attentive to me. I had never taken therapy before and was apprehensive towards the beginning. Ma’am made me feel extremely comfortable and gave me time to share whatever I had to. She listened patiently and that helped me open up without any hesitation. Her sessions helped me discover my issues and also provided me a direction.
