During the pandemic, i was facing lot of stress and conflicts at home. Someone suggested me to go to Ms. Megha. She kindly agreed to give me an online session in this crises within 2 sessions, i could share all my problems since childhood and felt heard. Maam is extremely chilled out while taking but very firm when it comes to followings

I started my treatment with Nitika when I was at the lowest phase in my life and it would be an understatement to say that this treatment really changed my viewpoint about mental well-being. She has always created the most comfortable space for me to vent out which never makes me feel judged.

The best part is that she always asked me questions that help me understand the root cause of the problem and work on it instead of giving me temporary solutions. It always feels as if I'm talking to a friend.

I felt intellectually abused by my parents and teachers. I felt that they gave me work above my age level. Now I feel exhausted and damaged from inside. Doc Megha explained me while giving patient hearing. She also mended my relation with my family. Thankful to her.

After I suffered from COVID, my child became very anxious and would not leave me for even a sec. He would cling to me all the time and suddenly feared all friends and outsiders. Megha Ma'am helped me to understand the fear and solved it through talking and play therapy. She also guided me on how to deal with my child when was distressed.

Very patient, listens, made me feel there are solutions to my problems, and my anxieties are not worth worrying about.

Even if i feel without worth, that is not the case and there is a lot of good i can do.

I get a lot of hope talking to ma'am and it makes me feel that i can cope with my problems better. I feel like not giving up.

My daughter could learn everything correctly but had difficulty with spellings. Because of this, she had compromised academic results and would feel low. Then we went to Megha Ma’am. She helped us diagnose the spelling disorder. She also gave simple tips on improving spellings which really helped. Now my child is faring well and I am really thankful to her.

She explained me the psychopathology of social anxiety and how to overcome it. With her relaxation and cognitive thought changing, I can now confidently interact in the social groups.
