While the doctor was competent *** ************** But the behavior of the reception staff, particularly Mr. Balveer Singh, was utterly unacceptable. Despite informing him that my son had a high fever of 103°F and was already dengue-positive, he coldly instructed me to wait for our appointment behind 8 other patients. This kind of indifference is outrageous. I pleaded with him several times, but he flatly refused to show any urgency or understanding. Such a blatant disregard for a critical situation is deeply disappointing. If this is the kind of staff Cradle Hospital employs at the front desk, I will never return. It’s disgraceful and intolerable.

Very passive behaviour & unfriendly.

The hospitals are run when patients feel comfortable & have trust in the doctors & management.
& A single doctor can ruin the reputation of entire hospital just like that.

Hoped for better: Value for money
I visited on 3 rd and was suppose to visit for re checkup within 3 days .
Due to my own sick health I couldn’t visit before 6th and visited on 7th morning .
I was asked to pay visitation charge 500 . ***** **** ************
I asked them to waive of the fee .
I think this much customer value should be done for the regular patients .
