I went to Dr Vibha hearing all the good stories, but for us, it turned out to be one of the most chaotic experiences. Here is how:

Day 1: Met Dr Vibha, did all the tests, asked to show up for operation at 6AM the next day. So far, all good and nice. Loved talking to her and how she made my wife comfortable was nice!

Day 2: We reach hospital at about 6.30 (and this is where the story starts). My wife goes through registration, pre-op formalities, vitals check, and then waits for the OT call. After a long wait of about 30 mins (wait is not an issue, but its important to note that we were all set for the procedure which was scheduled at 8), the OT calls. Went to the OT and met the friendly anesthetist Dr Purohit and my wife's bed goes close to the door for the entry to OT. All of a sudden a staff comes out from that door, asks staff to hold my wife, goes to OT counter to murmur some words at the counter, they both giggle, and the OT staff comes to us and straight away says that they cannot take us right now cuz we were late! I was shocked hearing this. Anyway, I asked, when is the next slot, and they said they don't know. We just need to wait in the room. So we went to the room. After an about 3.5 hour wait, when we heard nothing, we decided to move to another doctor and hence chose Dr Namrata. The procedure happened in the next 1 hour, she was very supportive, and my wife was feeling fine in just 3 hours (less than the time we waited just to hear from the doc). CK Birla staff was all ears for us, so that's good.

Looking back at all of this here is what made me unhappy and worried:

1. If we are late (and I agree that being late was wrong), tell us on the gate that we need to leave or wait for 5-6 hours. What is the point of putting the canulas, increasing patient anxiety, infusing antibiotics, etc just to 'teach a lesson' to the patient. We left 2 kids at home just to get revenged by the doc?

2. Were we really late if we were waiting for 40mins before the operation theatre called? Don't know if this is normal, but I can't comment as I am not a doctor.

3. If someone/hospital is so tight on schedule for hospital appointments , how can they not know the next available slot (even if it is 20 days later?)

4. BIGGEST QUESTION THAT GOT ME WORRIED Is it right for a doctor to not focus on patient well being just for whatever personal reasons? Ok, we are late, so take the attendants in a different room and humiliate us, but keep patient mental and physical health at forefront! Am I expecting too much from the ethical side of the doctor.

Well. This is my experience and I hope no one goes through the same. Thankfully all that ends well is good!

Had C section delivery on 20th March by Dr. Vibha Chaturvedi in CK Birla Hospital.

After 5 months of unsatisfactory guidance by different gynaec doc, we finally came under guidance of Dr Vibha.

Dr Vibha provided timely guidance and thorough checkup. She took care of all the necessary and emergency needs. She is very attentive and professional. Not once I feel I have been misguided or unnecessarily called for.

During delivery, she tried everything for normal delivery but when she felt it might be harmful for the baby she called for C section. Here also, she did a wonderful job and all procedure and checkups were properly provided.

I would definately recommend Dr Vibha for any gynaecology related assistance. She is very professional and expert in her field.

I would also like to add Rukhmani CK Birla is one of the best hospital in Jaipur and staff is very professional. It is one of the best managed hospitals I have seen. All transaction are transparent. All services are according to standard of 5 star Hospital. Adding that I would say it is quite reasonably priced.

I visit the doctor on 29th oct, 2022, I have already taken the appointment... After waiting for half an hour approx I was called, but to my surprise the only question which Vibha Chaturvedi ask was whether u go with cash or insurance * *** ******* ** **** **** * ** ** **** ********** ** ******* ****** ****** **** ********* ******* I am a govt employee and every month few amount has been deducted from my sal and on behalf of that govt provide us rghs facility. So when I said rghs instead of cash/insurance in which she was not at all interested she rudely reply I don't take deliveries other than cash or insurance... Jr doctors will see u, *** *** ****** * ****** ****** ******** *** *** ** ***** **** *** ***** ********** *** ** **** * ** * ****** *** *** ** * **** *** ****** But .... She didn't ask a single question to me regarding my health issue or anything. *** **** ******* *** ***** ***** **** **** **** *** **** ** **** This is just my 6th week running and she was all talking about delivery, **** **** ******** ** **** * ****** **** * *** **** ******** i won't refer anyone to ever go to this lady. ** **** **** *** *** **** *** *** *** **** ******* *** **** ** ******* ******* ****** ** ******* ** ****** ***** *** *** * ** ** ** ****** ****

On 5th feburary 2020 midnight My little brother Shivam Panchal had a accident his condition was so critical. He have multiple fractures in his head. His Head right side bone was damaged and almost 70% of mind was damaged. On 6th Feb Morning Dr. Krishan Hari shamra did his first surgery and remove all the tissue which are hardly affect the mind and dr. Told us that if his condition will not improve then he will need to do one more surgery. after first surgery they put him in MICU on full observation of a medical Team and they keep it on record that every movement of my brother. After 10 to 11 Days my brother opend his eyes and then they shift him in normal ward. Day by Day on Dr. Krishna Hari Shamra sir observation his condition improve very fastly and after 25 day observation dr. fit bone of his head. My Brother Condition is very good right now. We Spend Nearly 30 Days in CK Birla Hospital Jaipur staff of Hospital is too good and Hospital is also Neat and clean.

Me and my family is very thankful to Dear Dr. Krishna Hari Sharma. He is 110% of on his words. He Came like God in our life's. He gave my Brother second life and make us fully hopeful where we Losted and he always talk with us very friendly and explain all the things very carefully. He is good nature person. If anyone dont know what to do for whatever they are sick just go to Krishna Hari sir He is the real life Kabir Singh.
