Dear Team,i am writting this with utmost dissatisfaction the reason is below.1St Day appointment, Doctor has listen us carefully and advise properly for irregular period, taken medicine and it's happened afterwards we booked the consultation for 22 April but unfortunately appointment automatically shown for next day Sunday, we were got one call which I didn't get to know due to traveling in train. and my concern is Sunday morning was not suitable time for us . and doctor closed this as a complete consultation. i did chat individually and requested her to give us time but she didn't agree , so my concern is that i am booking slot and paid as per our sutaible time and availability but doctor shifted for next day without our choices. * **** **** **** ******** ** ** **** *** ************ ****** *** unfortunately doctor didn't give 5 times and any suggestions.pls do understand customer has expectations when paying and without giving consultantion you can't complete tl.

Dear patient I tried to help you in my best capacity, even kept your assigned consult open that whole day before completing next morning. Might be you were badly stucked with other more important priorities and so couldn't initiate call to connect with me or practo team . Rest other grievances regarding wrong scheduling or fee to be addressed by team practo as it is all automated and system based, not in my capacity. After 24 hrs we consultant can't initiate video call for any of our patient. Even patients who book their consult via practo , from outside India staying in different time zone don't face any issues .My advice to you please make sure to book your consult only when you are there to connect as time is really precious for everyone. You can request team for refund if you are eligible for it as per rules. Best wishes

The doctor was auto assigned by Practo for choosing UTI as the illness. She gave the medicines *** **** ***** ****** ** * **** ******* **** ***** *** ******** **** ** *******. I reached out to her for help is when she says I should see an urologist. ** *** ** *** ******* ** ***** *** , why take the consultation at the 1st place . ****** ******* ** **** ****** ** ** *******

Dear patient In your case antibiotics which I started at first place was right choice as per your urine culture report. But your USG report which came later during follow-up period was showing significant urological findings so urologist opinion was well indicated. Female patients of UTI , we gynecologist treat as a routine. Also we don't advise urologist opinion to our every UTI case until unless it's actually needed . Urologist fee or your own health, Choice is always yours. Good wishes
