Its been one year since I am taking Dr Vishal's treatment for the bald patch developed over the crown of my head. Initially, the patch was very small not quite visible and now it has grown significantly, easily visible from a distance.

After taking 1-year treatment from Dr Vishal, here is my verdict:**** ********* ** ********** ** ** *** **** ** ******* **** ***** * ***** I have spent about 30,000 rupees (including 3 PRP therapy) in the last 1 year **** ** ***** ** ************ *** ****** ****** *** ******* **** * **** *** *** **** **** *** ***** **** ***** *** *** **** ****** They will ask you to visit every month, charge consultation fees and just make some minor changes to your prescription. * **** **** ** *********** ** ** **** **** *** have almost spent 10000-15000 in medicines alone. Also, for some reason, if you are out of the station and want to do an online consultation, they will charge you 800 for the consultation instead of 500 even though you are a regular patient for 1 year. So, I would much rather suggest you all to visit some other doctor *** *** **** ****** ********** I wasted 1 year of my precious time where I could have recovered *** ****** **** **** **** *** I would not want anyone else to go through the same pain which I went through.

Firstly we had to wait in clinic for about 30 mins. The bigger problem was doctor had no patients in clinic for consultation and she was sitting idle and making us wait. The receptionist was asking doctor using different signals but doctor was hinting him to keep us waiting. We could see this as the clinic was small and waiting area was just in front of reception and doctors cabin was besides the reception.

Highly unprofessional behaviour.

Secondly the doctor was so rude and speaking absolutely unprofessional and unpleasant language. I was surprised to see a doctor talking like this. It was altogether different type of humiliation. *** ***** **** *** ******* **** ** ***** ***** ****

I hardly spent 2 mins in her cabin for the consultation after waiting for about half an hour. * ***** ****** ****** ** *** **** *********** ******** ****** ***** ******** *** *********** *********

Absolutely unprofessional staff. Got carbon lasers done from here, they substitute a trainee in place of the technician. And Dr. Niharika Chugh is an absolute disgrace and disappointment when it comes to "mannners" and basic communication skills. **** *** **** *** ** **** ** ******* ** ****** ** *** ******** *** *********** * **** ****** ** ***** **** ****** **** *** *** *** ******** I called the clinic regarding fillers which I had gotten done from their outsource, Mr. Puneet. I wanted to get more work done and I also had around .09ml in all remaining from my previous visit almost 10 months back. Now we were not informed that the remaining fillers expire in 6 months but were vaguely told, “you can come anytime if you want a touch up.” Make of it what you will. Dr. Niharika Chugh was in another dimension and did not know *** **** ** what I was even talking about and she stared with you whatever is left is negligible and doesn’t matter. (What remained was .09ml, and we paid 75000 INR for 3ml, so it comes to Rs. 6750 for .09ml of product which she so effortlessly said, “does not matter”) Had I paid 6750 less, they would not have entertained me. Secondly, she went, “oh Madam you have paid for only the amount product that was used on you.” Which I then enlightened her was not the case. To which she said, “if you want to come, then fine, if not, that is your wish, you will have to pay for the new product anyway” and she hung up the phone on me. * ***** **** *** *** ****** *** **** *** ***** ******** *** ******* ** *** **** **** ****** ***** ****** **** *** ***** ** ******** *** ** **** *** **** *** ***** **** **** ******* ***** ** ***** *** ********* **** ** **** *** ****** ** ***** ****** **** **** ** *** ****** *** ******* *** ***** ** *** ******* *** *** *** *****. I had to then talk to Mr. Puneet who then had a talk with Dr. Vishal about this matter and they offered me a touch up from the new vile in lieu of compensation. ***** * ***** ** ******** ******* ** **** ***** *** ******* ** ********** ** *** ****** *** *** ****** My only concern was, that the clinic calls you innumerable times when it comes to follow up sessions of peels and lasers, but did not once ask me or inform me about the product that was about to expire which I had no idea about. Had I known, I would have made travel arrangements earlier and gotten the work done. But now its ruiuned for me.
