when I came here I felt defeated. I had seen a dr who told me that I would just have to live with hip pain for the rest of my life and that I could never trek again on my knees. But the incredible team at the clinic gave me so much hope and helped me reduce my pain in just two weeks. I couldn't stay in Hybd for long enough to finish my treatment, but I know that I can keep going with my exercise and I'll get better. I also know that I can contact again for online sessions if I need to. I'm very grateful for all the help, the fun sessions and my overall improvement. The team at this clinic is amazing!! I especially worked with Naman and Dhana Lakshmi and they were very patient and attentive and helpful. I 100% recommend this clinic!
