When the person you're talking to is constantly looking at the clock or yawning while you're trying to tell your problem, it's not a great feeling. The session started off with an idea that I might have to go back to medication (was on medication for a few months before for anxiety). Though this was more of a preventive session for me and my idea was to just talk, the first few minutes went by in convincing me that I might have to take medicines. I have been open to the idea but it was pretty discouraging. All in all, maybe she has great potential but I was not satisfied or maybe I caught her on a wrong day. I'm sure she can do better. She was friendly, kind and patient. Hope you take the feedback in a positive way more..
