I visited Matrix hospital for my neck pain and when I had my 1st interaction with Dr.Sushmitha garu I came to know that I am in right place in perfect doctor's hand.

Dr.Sushmitha garu is a "Good listener" that made me feel incredibly comfortable. She is attentive and makes good eye contact, don't interrupt what the patient is saying and show on interest in what is being communicated from the patients.

She is amazing, Very professional and maintains her friendly attitude in communicating with patients.

Also I am a person, Never shows care/interest to go to hospital for treatment or to take medicines, but this time I went to hospital for 10 days treatment on my own, because she created an awareness and explained how to take care of tiny muscles in our regular basis , taught execercises those are really helpful and explained how to sit/adjust the chair in office for long time works without straining muscles to take good care to get rid of such problems going forward. Trust me I got habituated and following her words daily. It's her treatment mark :)

I never seen a doctor like her where she treated/helped me for my neck pain in a such way that she became a most memorable person with her gentle, honest and caring nature.

Whenever I entered a hospital, I pleased with Dr. Shushmitha's smile. She is well experienced, **** ************** dedicated physiotherapist and patient to hear about our ailments. She is in very friendly nature.

I am suffering from Neck and shoulder pain. She explained me the cause of the pain using diagrams. From very first day, she started with electrical muscle stimulation therapy. After 4 to 5 session, I am 90% pain-free and then she teaches some exercises to manage my pain and for future precaution. As I am a software engineer, she always focuses how to take precaution from neck and shoulder pain in future.

The facility is neat, hygienic and well equipped with modern facilities.

I highly recommend anyone who wants a good care at an affordable fee.

The doctor was very good. She clearly listened to the problem , diagnosed and prescribed treatment. The staff was also helpful. Would recommend the doctor.

Visited Dr. Sushmitha for acute lower back sprain. The very first day she diagnosed the root cause of the pain . I was not able to walk \ sit . I experienced a muscle catch whenever i used to change position . The doctor is very learned and experienced. I followed the therapies for a week and I was back to normal again without having any pain killers.

Plus she is available morning and evening and even on call.

Very poor hygiene- no masks are used, no gloves used. ******* ****** ** ****** ***** *** *****. The staff was burping, talking loudly and touching me without any sanitizers. I was made to sit in a room half naked, with no privacy and other staff just walking in and out **** * **** ******.

Stopped going for physio sessions after 3/10 sessions. The staff is quite casual about everything.

They didn’t even care enough to call me to check why I stopped coming.

A total dissapointment , Doctor ********* ** ******* *** * saying 6-7 days of therapy will cure things , after 10 days of therapy she said i think you should see a orthopedist ***** ****** **** **** **** ** *** ***** ******Money and time both degraded.

I was suffering from back pain since 2 months.

With in few days of starting the treatment I felt a drastic relief in pain and felt much better.

Dr .sushmitha is very efficient in the field and the exercises she prescribed,I'm continuing which I feel is helping me a lot in improving my lower back strength.
