Dr. Shankar (Physiotherapist)

I had visited Dr Shankar in 2016 when I started getting unexplained back pains. I tried multiple treatments but nothing worked. I was referred to Dr Shankar by a specialist in Apollo hospital.

In my first appointment with him, Dr Shankar quickly identified the issue and gave me very clear instructions on what to do. I had multiple meetings with him and my issue was resolved to a great extent.

In the last 2 years , I have been awed with Dr Shankar's attitude and his knowledge. He is extremely friendly and spends a lot of time explaining the reasons behind the health condition. He has been a great doctor and a great friend. I rely on him a lot for his advice and on his helpful nature

He provides sound advice and suggestions to best tackle the problem in hand without hurrying up. He can put a person at ease. He is very polite and emphatic in his demeanor. Wrong exercise resulting in even more serious repercussions. He addressed treatment which took into consideration the possible future condition resulting from current treatment. He was particular in not subjecting me to unnecessary treatment. From having pain to regularly playing Golf is due The doctor’s patience and persistence. I am 80 years old and I am looking forward to having the pain free life.

With Dr shankars guidance i experienced good amount of relief for my knee pain . Less stiffness ,better gait and more flexibility. It was a process of investing a couple of hours everyday over a period of 6 to 8 months that i saw the difference. What made me sustain is his encouragement n never to give up attitude.
