I was suffering from acute backpain causing mysterios pains in my whole body .with time this pain have become severe and i have reduced all those body movements causing pain . This have made my muscles stiff and nerves weak. I have consulted reputed orthopaedic doctors in the city for past 8 years. But no one have suggested me to visit a physiotherapist as well. And kept experimenting medicines on me. But alhamdulillah the last doctor suggested me to sèe o physiotherapist and prescribed 10 session . I searched on net for some good physiotherapist and i happen to find Dr shabnam. Frankly speaking i visited her as one last but less hope as i started believing that my problem cannot be cured. She saw my reports and gave me lots of assurance. I decided to start the treatment. She have told me to do 15 sessions along with good number of exercises. After completing my sessions i could notice much improvement to my muscles, Nerves and to certain extent in my spine. This treatment made notable difference to my overall health and my backache as well. Still i need to continue with my exercises and see her after a month.

So i suggest all the people suffering from joint pain and back pain to visit a physiotherapist first instead of an orthopaedic doctor.

My mother who was suffering from severe knee pain also did her sessions with Dr shabnam. She have shown her good exercises and did physiotherapy for knees after which she also got benefited.

Dr. Shabnam is an fantastic physiotherapist. She takes time to assess the condition and schedules the time needed to get a program suited for maximum results. There is no doubt of her ability and knowledge in this field.

Since being treated by her for three weeks, and doing the exercises she prescribed, the pain has gone away about 70%

Excellent massages have aided my recovery along with cupping therapy.

The clinic is clean, nice with quiet environment and helpful staff. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for quality treatment in physiotherapy.

I would recommend every lady looking for a professional help for sudden body pain or joint pain. Three months after cesarean I experienced excruciating pain in my right leg. As a thyroid patient I believed it to be some kind of arthritis pain. My friend recommended me to go to Dr Shabnam which thankfully I did. Dr Shabnam not only diagnosed the cause of the pain but also helped me in overcoming my fear. With her experienced guidance in few days I started feeling normal. I thank her for help and support. I am now able to take care of my family and house.

I had a sudden onset of the sciatica nerve pain after about 15 days of my c section due to which I could not even turn to pick my newborn.. I surfed the net and found Dr Shabnam who Alhamdulillah proved to be a great help and blessing. She provided me therapy in a courteous friendly manner and was even patient with my newborns needs during the sessions. I highly recommend her to all the ladies !

After 7 months of my c-section, I had severe knee pain.I siriously thought i won't be able walk properly ever...but Alhamdulillah,then I met with doctor Shabnam and she did my therapy and it was magical..my pain was gone in just few days of therapy. Siriously ladies who are suffering from knee or back pain, please donot tolerate it just because everyone suffers from it. It has a cure!! I highly recommend Doctor Shabnam.
