Dr. Naveen Babu was very empathetic in approach, it felt like I got a clarity on my spine issue and where exactly i stand with my issue. The confidence he restored in me was tremendous, as I was loosing confidence to complete my day to day works with ease and how painful it is that way only some can understand. I recently completed my post-ACL rehabilitation program at Physiomend Clinic, and the experience was truly outstanding.

From day one, the clinic maintained a clean, organized, and welcoming environment. The appointment scheduling process was smooth, and the staff were always polite and accommodating.

A special thanks to my physiotherapist, Naveen sir, who was extremely ************** attentive, and supportive throughout. The team began with a thorough assessment and created a personalized treatment plan tailored to my recovery journey. Each exercise was clearly explained, which helped me understand its purpose and gave me the confidence to stay consistent.

The rehab program had the right balance of manual therapy, targeted strengthening exercises, and valuable home care guidance. My progress was tracked carefully, and exercises were modified as needed to match my improvements.

Thanks to the expertise and encouragement of the Physiomend team, I’ve regained significant strength, stability, and mobility in my knee. I now feel confident returning to daily activities and even sports with minimal discomfort.

One small suggestion: it would be helpful if the clinic could provide printed or digital handouts of exercises for easier reference at home.

Have consulted many doctors before seeing Dr.Naveen Babu. During the first visit itself, I could make out that rare talent he has in him. He has a special ability to identify the exact problem of the patients and giving the right treatment. Dr. Naveen Babu spends good amount of time with the patients in understanding their difficulties and thereby identifying the exact problem and further to explain the problem and the treatment he is going to give. This entire process gives the patient a lot of confidence.

I have taken my brother, sister and mother to this clinic for his consultation. All these three are happy post his treatment. My brother had been suffering from severe neck and back problem for several years, saw many reputed doctors having expertise in this area; however no one could give him relief. Dr. Naveen Babu gave him Osteopathi treatment, just for 5 sessions, that really produced great results and my brother is currently free from all his difficulties.

My Sister had a sever lower back ache that developed in the recent past and the pain was unbearable, despite many expert doctors treatment and advice. Dr. Naveen Babu treated her through Spinal Manipulations and suggested a few exercises. Now she is back to normal and relief from the terrible pain was experienced just after about 3 sessions.

In case of my mother, the knee problem got developed over a period of 8 to 10 years and no respite even after visiting the top corporate hospitals all these years. Through his treatment, she is free from her knee pain in about 10 sessions. After seeing the results post treatment of these 3 critical cases, I highly recommend Dr. Naveen Babu to people who are suffering from long term complicated problems to get relief from any kind of pain and enjoy their normal life.

I have consulted multiple spine and Ortho doctors in corporate hospitals after seeing MRI, PET, Blood and etc tests..few spine surgeons suggested surgery is the best solution but they told it’s my call, then I have decided to postpone and try other methods..tried multiple Physiotherapists after few days I was ok for 3 months, then pain started again...later I have tried massage therapy and traditional bone setting in Charminar no luck... took high muscle relaxing tablets no luck.. took epidural steroid injection no luck..spent near to 80K... my back pain became w orst, was on bed for 2 weeks then i have decided to go with Surgery. My neighbour suggested to meet Mr. Naveen Babu as last chance, I was hardly able to seat for 10 mins but to meet him I need to travel 45mins which is nightmare for me. Somehow with pain relief sprays and hot pack travelled to his clinic. Just by seeing my poster and walk in his clinic, he told complete problem. Did mobilisation for 3 mins and I was pain free, I was super excited then he told me it’s complementary and temporary pain relief. The transparency, confidence on the subject, techniques, advance equipments, ***** ******* *** prefect timing made me feel confident that I’m in safe hands and opted for 15 days course as per his suggestion. Currently the treatment is going on..

I did not recommend Dr. Naveen Babu because I experienced more pain after physiotherapy.

Being a professional athlete, due to my bad training years, i have lot of injuries and imbalances, so i went to this doctor in hope to reduce it and know how to continue my sport properly.

I'm writing this review after undergoing 2 months of treatment.

He's so unprofessional and doesn't answer a single question. Here are the questions i posed:

1. What happened to me?

2. Why there is pain here?

3. How are you diagnosing?

4. Why do you think that particular treatment procedure you are doing will work?

5. How do i continue my sports without getting injured in the future?

6. What lifestyle changes should i make?

He could not answer any of these questions.

All he does is talk about some random things like movies, actors, netflix how great he is, how spiritual and disciplined he is! etc etc.! I'm not paying him such an exorbitant amount to chit chat *** I was under the impression that he knows his stuff better than me, so i kept silent and underwent his treatment.

First day I went for consultation and had to wait 20 mins for the doctor . After he came, he was only concerned about cleaning his table , leaving the footware outside. ** ****** **** **** ********** ** ****** ********* ** *** ******** He did some massage with a vibrating machine for a couple of minutes and that’s it. He asked me to come next day for treatment of trigger point. The first question I had was why not do it on the first day itself .

And the second day is even bad. Initially I scheduled appointment at 9.30 am. Early morning I got a message that my appointment got rescheduled to 12.10 pm which is lot bad. I reached there at 12.05 pm and came to know that doctor has not come at all. They told me that he will come in hour an hour and if I can’t wait , I shall come back in the evening . I spent close to 2 hours in traffic for this appointment and do they expect me to spend 2 more hours in traffic again . So I told them that I will wait. There are others who had appointment at 12.30 pm. They waited till 1 and left. I kept waiting and finally he came around 1.30 pm. Even then he is busy with his personal stuff and has no idea about my problem at all. Uninterestingly he did some needle treatment for few mins and that’s it. He doesn’t talk anything about the treatment at all. He talks about some politician biopic trailer and asks him how the trailer is !! Why Would I be interested about that !! Then I was waiting for him to say something about when my pain will be relieved and if there is a need for another appointment etc. he is busy about his personal stuff. I wasn’t even sure if I should leave or not

I am really surprised about the ratings and reviews in Practo / google . ** **** *** **** ** ********* *** ***** ******** **** ** ** ** ** ********* **

I think doctor should have more respect towards patients and show concern of their problems !! This is not the way for sure

I have been suffering from shoulder pain on both left and right since 5 years. I have been to numerous physiotherapists regarding my shoulder pain over these 5

years. None of them were able to diagonise the root cause of my shoulder problem and fix it until now.

In my first visit to Dr Naveen babu, he has diagonised my problem in 5 minutes as "Rotatory cuff teninopathy". He has showed a detailed video on what may be the

cause of my shoulder pain.Just in two 30 minute session (1 manual theraphy and 1 dry needling), He was able to reduce my shoulder pain by 80%. I feel great

now, Iam working on physiotheraphy exercises to strengthen my soulder and get back to 100%.Iam so glad that i came across Dr Naveen. Wish i would have met him

few years earlier.

Dr Naveen babu is very high expertise in field of physiotheraphy, manual theraphy and dry needling. I would rate him as the best physiotherapist came across in

past 5 years of suffering.

After consulting a few doctors and a few other physiotherapists wanted to give a try at Physiomend. This changed everything. First time I met Doctor Naveen he promised to get rid of my back pain. He is a very positive person and that definitely helps someone like me who has been suffering from low back pain for the past four months.

I am now into my 18th session and I am feeling much much better. I was assigned Doctor Kavitha for my regular treatments. And she is amazing. Always encouraging and explaining the cause of pain and the remedy needed in the long run. What muscles are weak and what type of exercises are needed to improve my overall strength and fitness.

Special thanks to Doctor Madhuri who is also quick to grasp the exact cause of pain and provide correct treatment. Doctor Madhuri also treated me for couple of sessions and helped to get rid of my Shin muscle pain.

And thanks to Kalim and his team for helping me in the rehab process.

After months of searching for all sorts of treatment I finally found this place .. trust me guys I'm a doctor myself and I can tell they know what they're doing here .. holistically approaching the issue by not just physio but rehab and strengthening too I feel better now compared to the day I came for appointment.. They really help you educate yourself about your issue and treating the route cause.. if any need of posture correction and maintaining it, they will help you and clear all your doubts. Madhuri mam does needling very well with utmost patience even if I asked to do it on all my muscles around the neck 😅 and the whole staff takes good care too. Special mention to Shabaz and Sachin they teach you to do the exercises properly. I still have a long way to go by continuing the same exercises which I have to continue at home. Finally last but not the least thanks to Naveen sir. I feel much more confident and can stand tall and feel I will be free from my chronic neck pain soon enough.
