My mother had a spinal problem for 4 years, and Dr. L Kiran Kumar Lingutla operated on her spine at L4 and L5. Now she is walking and working perfectly. The doctor was clear in explanations and friendly throughout the treatment.

I went to ActiveLife with intense back pain, and I was fortunate to be promptly attended to by Dr. Kiran. With his extensive knowledge and experience, he quickly diagnosed the issue and provided me with valuable insights into the underlying cause of my pain. I visited Dr. Kiran Kumar for my knee injury while training for a tournament (badminton). I have been suffering with this injury for the last four months. I thought if I would give myself proper rest, it would heal, but it didn't heal completely when I went back to playing the game again. The pain was horrible, so I went to see Dr. Kiran Kumar on 06-08-2022. Sir explained my problem very well and asked me to take treatment for 15 days. For these 15 days, Dr. Roja was my consultant for my pain relief treatment. Roja ma'am explained to me all the exercises very well. She took daily reports from me about my pain and training sessions (such as how your pain was, if you were able to improve after doing exercises), and she provided proper treatment and guidance for me to do the exercises for increasing my knee stability and range of motion. Dr. Roja really took good care of me.

After completing my treatment for 15 days now, I am able to play badminton with the help of a knee support without getting pain.

For a couple of days when Dr. Roja ma'am was busy with many other patients. My treatment was done by Dr. Nida and Dr. Rajashekar. All of them really treated me very well. Thanks to all the doctors in active life for taking such good care of patients and thanks to DR. Kiran for recruiting 

and maintaining such a good staff. I will always appreciate and be grateful to Dr. Roja ma'am for her huge efforts in my treatment.

It is better to go for Physiotherapy rather to take medicines or pain killers for any type of pain. This is what I learned from Active life Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation center. I had severe neck and lower back pain for a long time. I tried different types of medicines and pain killers, but couldn't get rid of the pain. Kiran Kumar.I started the session and after 6 to 7 days I had no pain in my neck and lower back which I was unable to recover by pain killer pills. I sprained my ankle on my way to home from work, I couldn't walk sat in the car all the time, the doctors came and checked my ankle to my car itself. they were kind and attentive, checked my ankle and prescribed only necessary tests, so as to not misuse my money. Even around 9Pm their attitude was fabulous,they have quickly diagnosed my issue and gave electrolysis treatment for immediate relief and medicines for long term treatment. the Doctors were extremely kind, respectful to me and helped me with my mobility until i reached my car and went home safely. its been two months since my injury, my ankle is getting better everyday. thank you so much Active life Physiotherapy. I'm a Delivery partner in zomato , I'm suffering severe Shoulder Strain from 20 days , i went to 3 hospitals and they prescribed pain relivers and knwlged to take take rest,

But my pain was same no change at all,

I consulted Dr.L. Kiran Kumar for my lumbar spondolysis/disc degeneration issue and I must say he is excellent in diagnosing the problem and is very patient in explaining all the details of the issue. His treatment helped relieve pain fast. He was kind enough to suggest things that I should take care in future to avoid anything major. It's very rare to find a doctor take so much time to explain a x-ray or MRI with so much patience. He is one of a kind in that aspect. I strongly recommend Dr. Kiran.

It was a good experience with the doctors there .. especially Sri Laxmi . ...I was experiencing shoulder pain since last six months n no doctor has found out the exact problem .. but here I got to find it through Sri Laxmi..

My problem was Right Shoulder disclocation, I had to take a minor surgery and after 10 weeks I was suggested to start physiotherapy. Heard about Dr. Kiran by a Cheif Orthopedist. Here at active life junior doctors and staff were friendly and cool, treatment was good.

Dr. Shalini & Dr. Anusha took up my case they guided me properly and shoulder mobilisation was done carefully. Both of them were very good, had lot of patience and treats well.
