Could be adhesive capsulitis, pl consult a ortho physiotherapist, and get examined

I have looseness, instability and pressure in my knee joint and also I can observe some mild obstructive sound when I bend my knee by standing on the other leg. I went for MRI some time back which says, subtle signal changes in ACL and minimal fluid in patellofemoral joint space. I wanted to know if this can be treated 100% with physio or if not is arthroscopic surgery beneficial than physio?I wanted to know the effective solutions for this problem. Any answer is highly appreciated. Thanks in advance

A friend of mine has been having a severe back pain for almost an year and half now.
When he had initially consulted the doctor he was told he has vitamin d deficiency.he took tablets for the same for about a month.
Pain reduced but didn't stop completely.
Recently he did an MRI as well..No issues were seen.
He went through one week physiotherapy, pain reduced for a while and became the usual pain later.
He goes through  bad pain everyday during driving, while trying to sleep, while waking up..Pain starts from his lower back and go down till his legs.he is working in a MNC and has night shifts Which seem to be aggravating the issue.
Kindly suggest.

Nothing to worry about it,my friend,it's fine

My husband often complains about pain from inside legs which he says cant be described. He gets the pain after long period of standing(not walking or anything else)Pain spreads from knees to foot and always said to come from within and he is sure it is not a muscle or joint pain. We consulted a few doctors one of whom said it is pinching of nerves.Another doctor said symmetrical pains like these have no reasons & is not dangerous and that we have to live with it.We also tried ayurveda and massages and also some other medications but still the pain continues. We don't know who to consult or what might be the reason for this. It has been over a year. I fear that he has learned to adjust with the pain. He says the pain goes on it own after a sleep or after several hours. Is there anything which can be done?

Meet any good orthopedic doctor asap, may need arthroscopy

I have got partial MCL and ACL tear in my knee which happened during a football match. Incident happened in July 2016 and i have undergone physiotherapy sessions for 20 days. According to my MRI impression which is given below is it possible for me to run or get back to my sports after strengthening my muscles or is surgery needed in my case? On random basis i sometimes feel no strength in my leg or knee. I have skipped physio session for 2 months and then continued. My MRI impression says 1 ) partial tear of proximal fibers of medial collateral ligament with wavy contour of fibers, however most of the fibers are intact. 2) partial tear of postero-inferior tibial attachment fibers of anterior cruciate ligament, however most of fibers are intact. Please suggest appropriate solutions. Thanks in advance.
