Unfortunately, Ive I sustained a lower back injury in gym while lifting weights.
And had experienced very severe pain. Not able to sit for long hours and perform basic day to day tasks.
MRI report concluded that, I had, herniated discs herL4, S1
and severe spinal canal stenosis (spinal can narrowing).
Which resulted in a kind of vibration and numbness in both of my legs.
Before visiting Active life physiotherapy, I had visited a spinal doctor prescribed me a medication for a month and suggest me to under go a surgery.
And I also visited few reuted physiotherapy clinics which I saw on insta... and wasted my time and money (appointment charges).
I have undergone a physiotherapy treatment in Active Life
for a one and half month (15 sessions). Now im completely recoved and happy.
