I had a lower back pain along with radiating pain in my butts, without taking any risk I did MRI of entire spine and the report was normal. I got frustrated as I was having pain and the report was normal. I consulted few spine specialists and they suggested rest and IFT for lower back. It didn't give me any relief. I tried even ayurvedic massage and had some temporary relief.

I came across Dr. Giridhar on Practo and thanks to many people who gave good feedback about him, this encouraged me to consult him and in my first visit he identified the root cause, it was not due to my spine and real reason is my SI joint. Later on he did some physiotherapy and suggested good exercises according to my pain concentration area. I have seen a remarkable change in my health condition within five (5) days and I am confident that in a week or two I will be back to normal. He is very good in understanding patients real concern and gives a custom fit treatment. I am glad to Dr and GOD to save me from pain and mental agony of not knowing the actual cause.

Ofcourse one of best, but more than that pateint friendly and economic is what comprises of important constituent of Dr. Balaji.. I met him after my wife had a surgery for a lesion in brain causing some weakness in her limbs and deviation of her face. His first counsel helped her to overcome emotional outbursts, and then the journey to recovery began today after 15 days visiting him consistently she had that old smile on her face which made us all so happy that we cant keep praising each and every person who helped us to get her back to normal and Dr. Balaji is one such unforgetable personality.

This is my second review about this doctor, and this is for the patients's sake. God bless this doctor. I visited him back after 3 months unable to tolerate my chronic pains. It was such a happiness to wake up without pain in the morning following this doctor's visit on the previous day.

He has magic in his hands to wipe away the pain. He is blessed with lot of talent and potential. His attitude and approach of therapy is what that attracts more patients to his clinic. I wish more patients read my review and take it as a serious advice to consider for their pains, because I know how it feels to be suffering, His fees are nominal but service is exceptional.

Very well experienced and highly knowledgeable. I was in severe depression due to my back pain. But within first few sessions Dr. Giridhar gave me the confidence of a pain free life. I really trust him in his procedures and strongly believe that he does a great job when treating patients with any and every kind of pain. I was advised 10 days of bed rest, due to muscle spasm following a fall in washroom. Just after 2 sessions my pain reduced by 50% and was manageable.

I would definitely recommend this doctor not only for the surrounding area but anyone suffering with severe pains in the city. His treatment is affordable yet very effective.

I am suffering from back pain perticularly at left side leg joint . The pain was sharp and chronic with lots of discomfort while sitting on soft surfaces since last 3 years. I went to specialist. They did MRI and concluded that lumbar disks are slightly bulged. Due to the bulging back nerves are under starin to cause back pain. They prescribed some pain killers and physiotherapy.I contacted Dr. Giridhar sir with those reports. Sir immediately pointed the dislocated joint at left side of back and leg fusion. He fixed the dislocated joint within 2 days. Pain of the muscle, which surrounded those dislocated joint is gone in 6 days of physiotherapy. I definitely recommend doctor for my family and friends. I was facing pain at my right shoulder making it difficult to wear T shirts and use mouse at work even recreational work was getting difficult. My ortho surgeon referred me to Dr. Giridhar for physiotherapy. He is very polite, patient friendly and work oriented, he identified my issues so well and right from 1st day I felt confident that I'm in safe hands after some 2 weeks continuous sessions I made it, now I am able to do all I am supposed to do with shoulder without any discomfort. Dr. Balaji has been excellent at his work very committed, I was suggested for atleast one month of physiotherapy by my orthopedician after I had a fall from bike I found the clinic so I accidentally met him on looking at my MRI reports and after examining Dr. took me into confidence suggesting that the pain should go in 10 days time then after we will go for strength training truly the pain was out in 8 days time only a mild discomfort persists that is eventually coming down and I am completely functional. Thanks to the Doc.. you really did good work on my condition.

I went to see Dr. Giridhar for my shoulder pain due to frozen shoulder, Dr. is nice and humble, put full efforts to treat the issue from root, pain came down considerably after two sessions, little weakness in lifting shoulder is there that he suggested will go after strength training is completed. Also Dr is very flexible I visited only for three days regularly no need for unnecessary regular visits though I had to pay for few sessions in advance but he scheduled it not to hurt my work. Will recommend every one I know.

I went to Dr. Giridhar Balaji after listening about him from my daughter who visited him for a neck pain... He is so discriminative at his attitude towards his pateints that every single action helps in relieving pain... After listening about him from my daughter I was thinking may be she got accidentally OK and coming from ECIL X ROAD to Kondapur to see another physio is not very wise.... Services provided by Dr. Balaji was very helpful.I visited him for a mussel cramp in my back because of which I was not able to stand or sit straight.

Dr Balaji spent around 45 minutes with me , during this he provided some kind of acupressure therapy with some electronic machine and then he also helped me in doing some physical exercises specifically for the particular mussel which was having problem.

After the session my mussel got a bit relaxed and he told me to do the exercise for couple of more days 2 times daily which helped me in getting away with my pain.

I recommend Dr Balaji to every one who requires a physiotherapy .
