I have been taking therapy sessions with Dr. Tina from the last nine months. All I have to say is that she is brilliant, at the same time, very loving and caring. I have seen a lot of change and growth in me in the last few months. I have become a very loving, kind and compassionate person. I have also become emotionally very strong. She helps you become more aware of your body and mind. I have become more aware of my needs and boundaries. Now I am learning how to fulfill or ask for my needs and set my boundaries. My communication skills are getting better, which helps me in my personal and professional life. I am grateful to have her in my life. Looking forward to future sessions with her for more growth, awareness and an ease of life.

I've completed close to 10 sessions now, and Ms. Tina has been a wonderful therapist. It is very hard to find a good therapist that understands and is in sync with me, and I finally found one. She is very patient and kind, and has created a safe space for me to open up and explain my feelings. I have benefited a lot from these sessions, and she changes her approach based on the things we discuss.

Tina is helping me unlearn many habits which cause general ill health and has helped me with tips to deal problems regarding childhood trauma, my ability to understand others and love/help my inner child. Ever smiling, she's a joy to share my fears with, as I'm confident that she'd provide light on how to overcome them. Uplifting and simple solutions offered makes my worries bearable and the techniques she teaches are simple and effective.

I've had close to 15 sessions with Dr. Tina and she's been incredible. It's very difficult to find the right therapist that you feel comfortable with, but Dr. Tina was very easy to connect with and she instantly made me feel comfortable. This has been the most fulfilling experience.

She has an amazing aura and energy which made it very easy to be my vulnerable self wit her.

She has helped me accept and love myself for who I am. I never thought i would see so much progress so soon. I absolutely love her techniques and the fact that she's very open to feedback so she can understand what works and what doesn't work for me.

I've already recommended her to so many of my friends. She's just amazing at what she does and all I can say is I hope she doesn't retire anytime soon!!

Dr. Justina Fernandes was highly recommended by a colleague of mine when she saw me stressed and having difficulty coping with my mother's accident and Alzheimer's. Her sessions were so different and actually set me thinking about so many aspects that I was finding difficult, by taking one step at a time, one breath at a time. The baby steps she recommended I take, to notice, observe and watch my feelings, and my triggers; how to watch the emotions I feel as well as the effect it has on my body truly helped me cope with life which happens any which way. She had this amazing over-dramatic way of making me comprehend by wearing her sunglasses and a distinct pronounced style of speaking which stayed on in my mind whenever I had a trigger to deal with, and funnily I was able to take a deep breath and reflect over what was going on. With just a couple of my sessions with Dr.Justina I felt stronger, Thank you!

Tina is a lovely human being, so friendly, full of life, exuding positive energy, she can uplift anyone's mood and bring a smile to their face. I love her ability to go down to the crux of the issue, dig deep into the root of the problem and scoop it right out, lay it out on the table and ask questions about it. I love that she gives that extra 5/10 minutes just to hear my entire story without cutting me off; signs of a true human helper.

The power to "name" or "label" energies and issues, bringing them to the foreground really helps a lot. Using and creating art to depict emotional states also helps.

The personal touch she adds makes the sessions so much more interesting; EG. "Let's find out where MY NATASHA is and who she really is."

Knowing that I have a safe space in/around a person, really helps the situation 10 folds.

I honestly don’t want people to know how amazing she is as she will get even more busy with new patients.

She is BRILLIANT! I love her! And I have never said that about any of my previous therapists. She is animated sometimes, which helps connect with her more on a visual level too and is always able to bring my problems that you yourself were struggling to see or face. Her love for you will bring out the hurt baby in you. If you have found her means you can relax because you are now, at last in safe hands.

I always wondered what I should share and didn't know what to talk about in therapy. But Tina makes you feel so comfortable that you open up and release the pent-up emotions before you even realize it. Every single session has been so eye-opening and insightful. She leaves you with tasks or "hw" to do that'll help you cope with issues. I have become such a different person since I began with her. I've been with therapists before but finally, feel like I'm in safe hands and have actually started to work on many deep-rooted issues. Without working on them I've just been surviving life instead of thriving. I'm now able to understand why I react to so many things the way I do.

I have been meeting Tina for the last three months and I sense a change in myself. I have been dealing with a lot of trauma related issues for the last 36 years and have met with different therapists in the past but felt a disconnect with them. Things have been so different with Tina. She is kind, compassionate and just gets me like no other therapist has. I am now learning to be kinder to myself and am able to make sense of all the things that I experienced in the past and am on my way to being healed. I am finally finding some semblance of peace after 36years, I would highly recommend Tina to anyone who has been dealing with trauma and similar issues
