I have taken appointment and waited for 2 hours but there is no response from staff. There is no proper response for practo appointments.

My experience with Dr. Saguna Puttoo was very good. The treatment and consultation were satisfactory. However, the wait time at the clinic was quite long, about one hour and fifteen minutes, and I wish they had informed me about the delay before I arrived. Other than the waiting time, everything else was fine.
