The doc took her time to understand my issue and asked me a detailed summary along with my recent lifestyle changes which might have contributed to my problem. Dr. Sonal Jain was very approachable and friendly and she enquired about my situation virtually. She then provided me right guidance during my 12-days of isolation for COVID-19 and ensured I submitted her with daily diary updates on my medication intake and symptoms for every few hours such as spO2 levels, heartbeat, body temperature and breathing conditions. She was a great guide and ensured I was aware of what to expect and what step was needed until I tested negative and was out of my self isolation. I highly recommend her.
