When I was first told I needed to seek the services of a therapist, I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t a bit resentful. It was my 4th attempt of clearing my Company Secretary program. It was mentally draining situation for me, as I have cleared all my exams in first attempt. I eventually found the therapist cum friend cum guide who was right for me. I would also like to add that I'm introvert and opening up to a complete stranger was another level struggle. However I was lucky enough to find Mrs. Sakshi Somani she made the process very organic.

On the first day of my therapy I felt a sense of Deep seated guilt, it seemed that Dr. Sakshi knew exactly what I was thinking and started talking to me about things I love to do, what makes me happy. Eventually I sensed joy Lingering into my mind. During this consultation, it became clear that I believed my circumstances were essentially self-inflicted and past baggage of circumstances which led one thing to another. A day before the result I was of full confidence that whatever be the result I will be happy. But everything fall into place and I became Company secretary

I will recommend without any doubt. This was my very first counseling experience and trusts me it's worth it. Friendly in nature and will easily understands the problems in one go.

Now it's been around 1 year since I started counseling with her and I have noticed how much I have changed and gained confidence. The sessions with her are so engaging and professional. The fact that she remembers each and every detail discussed with me always made me feel that I was like listened to properly. I cannot thank her more for the guidance she has provided me all the way!

Here is my small story .. once I visited Dr Sakshi ji .. I generally don't feel that comfortable with any doctor. But the way Sakshi ji treated me or u can say she was so friendly and so nice to me was very comfortable and could explain things easier..Will surely recommend Dr Sakshi Somani

One of my friend recommended me to Dr.Sakshi when I was going through a very rough patch in my life. I was really depressed, was numb,didn't know what to do post that trauma. But the way she handled the situation was impeccable,actually i didn't had to utter a single word and she just started saying everything that I had been through. Very friendly in nature ,sharing your personal details with someone who is completely stranger is basically not my cup of tea but the way she made me feel comfortable that I myself started telling everything.

I was having anxiety and depression and i was in self doubt because of which i had suicidal tendencies but without use of any drug she had instilled in me the confidence to achieve anything and everything.

The level of patience she had was really amazing and the optimistic outlook she gave me towards life really changed my attitude towards life.

My mother was in depression. She had attempter suicide also. Dr Sakshi somani had given psychotherapy treatment to my mother and it had helped in her speedy recovery. We are thankful to her that she saved the life of my mother.
