Recently my 9yr old daughter got her Tonsilectomy surgery and Dr. B Naveen Kumar sir has handled our situation with great care at Shenoy Hospital. He was very clear in explaining the complications in future if the Grade 4 tonsils were not removed for my daughter, he made me and my wife very comfortable and explained the surgery procedure and clarified our questions with utmost patience. He made my daughter very comfortable and prepared her for surgery by explaining her in a very soft way on what is going to put on her body for monitoring purpose and canola (butterfly) on her hand for IV fluids. This made my daughter very comfortable during the surgery and it was a smooth experience for me and my daughter.
more..Dr. Naveen Kumar Bashetty is good, but the hospital management does not prioritize emergencies and strictly follows protocols. Despite my appointment at 9:30 am, the consultation was arranged at 10:00 am without any apology or explanation for the delay.
