Ms. Kommajosyula Nivedita

Ms. Kommajosyula Nivedita is a compassionate, Empathetic psychologist who believes in an evidence-based approach individualized to the client. She believes in the strength of having an objective and empathetic listener to grow as a person and overcome life's obstacles. She strives to create a non-judgmental and safe atmosphere for her clients, so they feel understood and empowered. She has a postgraduate degree in MSc. Clinical psychology from Manipal College of Health Professions (MAHE, Manipal). She has had the experience of working with children diagnosed with cerebral palsy, down syndrome, and autism. She has also had experience with depression, anxiety, and a multitude of clinical and personality testing. She believes in an eclectic approach to therapy tailored to the client's needs. She incorporates techniques of cognitive behavior therapy, mindfulness, and rational emotive behavior therapy while using a person-centered, solution-focused, and trauma-focused approach to her practice. Some of Nivedita's hobbies and interests include Dancing, baking, and spending quality time with family. Her idea of a fun, peaceful day has curled up with a good book or tuning into her favorite true crime podcast with a hot cup of coffee.
