Nivedita creates a safe and comfortable environment, which helps people to communicate effectively. And then, she listens to one's experiences with patience and kindness, and tops it off with making one understand their own thoughts, feelings, behaviours and patterns around these experiences. And the best part comes next, where she explains the psychology theory(if they want it) which helps one to see how natural all of their experiences are.

It has been 3-4 months that I started working with her and I would not change a thing. Now, I have better understanding of my life to mould it in the ways and directions I want.
