** **** ***** **** ** ** ********* ****** *** **** we have met him for my son's treatment. My Son is 3 months old, since few days he is not able to take milk properly and crying most of the time when i try to feed him. We visited various hospitals like Fernandez, Rainbow but none of the doctors there were able to identify the issue.
Very rarely we will see doctors spending time with patients but Dr Uday is an exception he spent 30 mins with us and he went through each and every details of my son to get a better understanding of the issue.
Dr Uday thoroughly checked my son and confirmed my son has mild infection in the stomach which is causing him discomfort while taking milk. Dr Uday suggested few medicines for 5 days and assured us that he will take milk from the 2nd dose of medicine and to our surprise my son started taking milk from the 2nd dose of medicine. We could see lot of improvement in my son within 5 days and now my son is able to take milk without any issues.
Hatsoff to Dr Uday for his timely diagnose and treatment.

1. We have visited dr.Uday Kumar Sahu for my son having a high fever.initially we explained that to control my son's high fever during the midnight before the dr's visit, we took over the counter medication paracetamol and antibiotics which he strongly said that it is like treating our son with poison without a consultant doctor, I believe every parent will do the same around midnight.2.upon checking the fever for my son dr suggested sponge bath in the dr's office, while we are doing the sponge bath to my son Dr came in middle *** *********** he argued that we are not doing the proper way, and his expectations are that parents should know everything like a dr. 3. He doesn't have the minimum patience to explain in the proper way but he spends time which is really a no use of talking *** ******* **** *********4. Later he prescribed the medication along with a few lab tests and he strongly said that antibiotics should never be taken in this high fever case, 5. Next day we followed up with lab results, and again he started arguing that lab reports are not correct even though those are certified labs and he will not consider our lab results.and dr expected us to visit only Vijay diagnostic which he didn't told us earlier.6. He also said that he can only treat kids of educated parents and those should know in and out of each and every medical term in a very detailed way. ** ***** ** ********* **** ** ****** **** ** ** ***** ** **** *** ******** ****** *** ******* ** *** *********8. upon he said that he will never consider the lab results and upon insisting he prescribed an additional medicine which is surprisingly Antibiotics, which strongly contradict his own points from 1 and 4.9. we are supposed to buy the medicine from his office only.*** *** **** *** ***** **** ** * ** ***** **** ****** ******* *** ***** **** ****** ********* ** *** ****** **** ******** ************* ** ******* ******* ******* ****** ** ** **** *** ** ******* ********. only for consideration dr charged us Rs. 800 and gave us receipt of rs. 700 only. ******** * ******** ** ****** **** ****** ** ***** ************** ** ******* **** *** **** *** ** ******** **** *** ********* ********

We visited Dr. Sahu because our regular pediatrician was unavailable. My daughter had been getting recurring cold and ear infection. Dr. Sahu diagnosed her as suffering from childhood asthma and shared a preventative treatment.
So far I am really happy with his explanation of the underlying problems with my daughter's health. We did not have that from our regular pediatrician.
Dr Sahu assured us that properly following the precautions suggested, my daughter would most likely be cured of her asthma. Found that to be very reassuring.

Went for my new born daughter treatment for jaundice, earlier I was treated with one of the top hospital in Hyderabad and as the new born got effected with jaundice they asked for several blood tests daily for new born and to go for phototherapy which I really disliked and preferred Dr Uday sir which he clinically tested and treated without any blood tests and medicines.And he even explained the issue and treatment.This shows his expertise *** ********* ** ************
