I visited Dr. Tripti Deb for stress and found her approach great and clear. The clinic environment was good, and while the wait time was a bit long, the overall value for money was worth it.

I’d like to share some honest feedback regarding my recent experience with the doctor.

Despite having an appointment scheduled for 9:00 AM, the doctor did not arrive until 10:45 AM, which caused a significant delay and inconvenience. I want to share my recent experience with a doctor that left me feeling quite frustrated and disheartened. I sought her help due to chest pain issues, hoping for a thorough examination. However, instead of conducting a proper assessment, she primarily reviewed my previous scan results and recommended a series of tests **** **** **** **** * ********* ******** *** ******** ******** ****** **** ********* ******* ************ ** **** ******* ****** she added additional tests on top of that.

At Apollo, it seemed like there were limited doctors available for these tests, and they were only present for short periods. I managed to complete the tests over two days, and the doctors advised me to rest for three days. Since the doctor had instructed me to take medication only if I experienced pain, I chose not to take it and hoped for positive results.

When I returned with my test results, I mentioned that I was feeling weak and needed more time to recuperate. ******* ** ******** ******** *** ******* ******* **** * **** *** * ****** ***** *** *********** *** ******** ***** ** *** ********* *** ******** ****** *** ****** **** ******** **** ** *** **** *** ****** ** ******* *** ******** ********* **** *** ****** *** ** *** **** ***** * *** ***** ******* ********** * ****** *****. I tried to ask her to review my chest X-ray results, but she dismissed me **** * ******* ******** barely glancing at the report.

What struck me as particularly inappropriate was her continuous discussion about IVF. When I mentioned my reluctance to take injections, she ******* told me to get used to it, implying that I would need them for IVF. **** *** *** **** ********** ** ** ****** *** ** **** **** ********* ** *** *** ** ************* ** ** ******** ********* ********* ****** **********

Leaving her office, I felt devastated and confused by her rudeness. I had paid over 20,000 rupees for this consultation, expecting professional care, *** * *** ******* ******* ** ** * **** ********* * **** ******** I've encountered compassionate doctors in smaller settings who provide excellent care, *** ** *** ************* ** *** **** * **** ** ******* **** * ****** ****** ** * ********* *********

In summary, if you're looking for a doctor who will treat you with kindness and respect while genuinely addressing your health concerns, I would recommend seeking someone else.

I was there to have a follow up for my father after his Angioplasty (not from Apollo) a week's back.***** *** **** ********** ** ******* ****** ** *** ********* ***** ** ** ******* She later prescribed a huge set up of tests and sort of insisted that I get it done from Apollo itself and meet her in couple of hours. She declined to give any medicine until the test results.

Many of those tests were ***** ******* ***** such as EGC, Vitamin D, Vitamin B12, Lipid profile, Sugar, etc. In fact, she prescribed a colour doppler test, which was already conducted before the Angioplasty and the report was attached with the discharge summary. Had those tests be so important, the hospital ****** *** * **** ******* ******* **** ********* which conducted the Angioplasty could have done it already.

Apollo informed the total cost for the tests around INR 20,000. **** * ******* *** ***** *** *** **** *** ** ***** **** * ****** ****** ************ ** **** *** ** ** ****** *** ********* ******** ** ** **** ** ****** *** *** **** ********** ** ******* *** ***** **** ***** ******* ****** **** ******** ** *******

It was such an unfortunate experience.

1) For the first 10min, the doctor was on a call with someone and she didn't care whether we are waiting for her or not. We were sitting quietly in front of her for the first 10min until her call is done.

2) She doesn't want to listen to patients' problems, she was not looking at us all while speaking. Most of the time, she was using her mobile.

3) When we asked some questions, she responded "In logonko, do do bar bolna padtha hai(We always have to tell these people twice)*** *** ******* **** *** ** **** ** *** ******** She is not friendly and is not explaining the health issue. As far as I know, she just wants to finish the appointment ASAP.

5) We felt like we wasted our money for nothing.

6) After a week, we took an appointment with another doctor from the same hospital, *** ** **** **** ****** ** ********* ********** ** ** *** **** *** **** ** ***** *** *** ****** **** * ****** *** ****** *** ******* ********7) For patients, I think the doctor's friendliness itself gives a lot of confidence and positive vibes.

Thank you Mam for such a positive vibes .. today I visited Manikonda apollo clinic for chest pain as this was my first visits to cardiologist I was very scared after seeing my ecg she said everything is normal and I was feeling relief .such a positive aura she have definitely recommending every one who are looking for good cardiologists big thumbs up👍👍👍

********* ******* surprised to see negative reviews, she patiently checks all the reports very detailed diagnose of the problem. We went with a confusion of Angioplasty or bypass surgery for my father as few doctors suggested stents and few bypass.

Tripti maam has checked in detail and gave very good advice to go for stents, bypass is ruled out.

She was like a family member, answering all our questions..

No doubt she is a fantastic doctor.

I took online consultation of the doctor and paid Rs500/- I have shared all my reports that I have got done as a part of regular health check up. I had little high cholesterol. Doctor advised I need to visit her in person at the Apollo Hospital so that she can assess with other tests.

I went to Hospital and she has asked me to get all heart related tests(ECG,2D Echo, TMT & other tests).**** ******* ** ***** ******** *** **** **** *** ******** * **** *** * *** ****** *** ****** ************ *** she didn't prescribe any medicines until all test results came. As I already paid online Rs500/- without any prescription provided, she could have at least charged me less when I visited hospital next day. Her response was also little rude **** * ***** ** *** *** ********* **** ********* ***** **** ******* *****

***** *** **** ****** ** * ***** *********** ** ******** ** ***** *** ******** She admitted the patient ******* *** ****** ********* ** ********* to icu and told us that the patient will be kept under observation for 24 hours and thereafter it being a Sunday and a non working day for her *** ******* *** **** ************* **** ** **** *** ******* ** ***** We ended up paying a huge amount when the patient was only having low bp and she herself had stated that patient looks fine *** ** ******** ** ** ***** *********** **** ** ** *** ****** * ***** ****** ******

I went apollo clinic in chanda nagar to consult for my mother chest pain she had last week for two days.

We waited there almost one and half an hour to consult the doctor. She was very patient and checked all the reports, ********* ********* *** ******* *** ********* ** ** *** ********** Doctor given her personal number to contact if any further questions.

The next day went to Apollo Jubilee hills to complete the same and she was very good response and done the procedure perfectly and explained the blockages where my mother had in her heart.

We are very happy for the response, correct diagnosed, and the results. Thanks to the doctor to all the way she supported in the hospital formalities and procedures.
