Doctor is very friendly and he understands the problem exactly and give the medicine. I personally travel 80 kms to consult for my child.

My kid got 101.5 fever during night. We consulted doctor next day morning and prescribed medicine.My kid is started feeling better by evening and getting almost complely recovered by 2nd day.Doctor was flexible and supportive.Asked to WhatsApp him if we find any new symptoms so he can change medication accordingly.

We should be thankful to him, my baby was kept crying with fever stomach pain and vomits. She relaxed with one injection given by him. We used many medicines for one week but no use. My baby is 10 months old, we believe Dr Raghu's hand is blessed to children. Thank you so much doctor.

Every patient is important to a doctor.Admin staff were ridiculously odd in demeanor and there seems to be no respect to FIFO principle. We were waiting for about 20 minutes until the doctor arrived and to our surprise there was another lady who came for consulting who dashed into the cabin along with the doctor. Receptionist did not even worry about our wait. Besides, the receptionist supported the lady who went alongwith the doctor.Galen needs to take care of such instances and ensure that patients are treated with respect and given credence to the Queue system. If this is not followed , then what is the difference between a private and public clinics.
