Dr. Shravani explained my condition and next steps clearly. The consultation felt a bit expensive, so I would rate it average overall.

I was expecting a better explanation of my nasal and sinus health When contacted Vijay Hospital, they told she is a consultant and will be be available only when the consultation fee of 500 is paid. And she never turned up for the follow up check up.

Also when requested for medical certificate, Vijay Hospital told me to pay 300 for medical certificate, even when I actually paid more than 6k for last 5 days of treatment. I do not recommend this Hospital neither the doctors.

The doctor was not available for my appointment, and I had to travel 20 km to find another doctor. The clinic was closed when I arrived, which was very inconvenient.
