We visited the Doctor as my mother, aged 62 years was suffering with severe pain her right index finger from 2 weeks. Doctor is friendly in approach and explained in detail about the problem. He spoke to my mother in Tamil language to make her comfortable and probed questions about the problem. He prescribed the medicine and did not set any false expectations.
