Dr. Prashanth

I booked the appointment with Dr Prasanth at Himagiri Hospital. Dr was nice to my problem and he thourouhghly examined my condition. On the basis of his observations he asked me to carry some tests, one was to go for Vitamin D tests.

The hospital charged me twice more than the outside rate for the test. And another day when i went to see the doc with test results the hospital authority asked me to meet another doc. I waited almost 2.30 hours for my time to come and doc gave me only 1 min. Still my pain is there as it was before.

Dr prasanth s good, but himagiri hospital is waste.

I had ACL surgery before at other place which was a failure, at that time my friend suggested me about Dr. Prashanth. When I met home I was full of confused about my my situation but he has explained me clearly about my situation and gave me proper resolution and then I proceeded to surgery.

Now Iam happy with my leg also about to start my sports activity again.

Doctor is so friendly to the patient which is so important to recover fast.

We visited the Doctor as my mother, aged 62 years was suffering with severe pain her right index finger from 2 weeks. Doctor is friendly in approach and explained in detail about the problem. He spoke to my mother in Tamil language to make her comfortable and probed questions about the problem. He prescribed the medicine and did not set any false expectations. Doctor is true and trustworthy in his treatment. As doctor is a very busy person, we’ll need to have patience to wait for his treatment. Overall very happy with the Doctor and Practo. 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻👍🏻😊

I went through a surgery in my forearm where I was examined by Dr. Prasanth & operated by Dr. Madhusudhan.

Pros:

1. Both the doctors Dr. Madhusudhan & Dr. Prasanth are approachable & friendly

2. Gave clear explanation of my fracture, how my forearm will be operated and necessary care for the recovery

3. Gave better post surgery examinations & treatment

Cons:

1. Delay in the surgery, I was told Dr. Prasanth will be doing the surgery although he has scheduled leave/vacation beforehand. It would have better if his availability is informed when I was admitted.

2. Hospital staff is not good, non-responsive and not so caring.

3. Made me wait for whole day because of dis-functioning X-ray machine

I had shoulder dislocation for which I visited the doc...he was friendly and reduced my shoulder ..i am really happy the way doc treated and his friendliness ...

Hospital management s bad ..reception desk response is very bad regarding the timing ....

I visited for an injury on my leg near Ankle. It was very painful and I met Dr.Prashanth at Himagiri Hospital.He is a wonderful doctor who treated with atmost care and patience. He is very polite and has a smile on his face while treating which makes us comfortable during treatment.I would strongly recommend him.

Was diagnosed to have ATFL injury grade 2 n was on cast boot for 6 weeks. I really appreciate the care and attention I was given during the time of treatment.
