Dr. Prabhakar Rao acquired his MBBS and MS (ENT) from Guntur Medical College in 1979. He has over 35 years of uninterrupted career as an ENT surgeon with extensive experience in all areas of ENT surgeries and on-invasive treatments. As Professor and HOD at various teaching hospitals, he trained numerous post-graduate students.He participated and attended numerous ENT surgery workshops, both in India and abroad.
Dr Prabhakar listens to problems very patiently and advises accordingly. I had a successful nasal surgery by him and post surgery treatment was also very good. He attends calls other than visiting hours also. Highly recommend him for any ENT problems.

I went to doctor for sore throat. The clinic in practo mentioned 300INR as consulting fees but they collected 350 and when questioned they said 50rs is for registration fees... day loot..it might sound small amount but if thy are collecting it from 100 patients it's 5000.. and for a month 1.5lak.

The medicine which he prescribed has helped to get the cure I needed.
However I was not told much about the illment which I underwent.
He listened to me very patiently and then he explained the remedy.

Good. Quick identification & solved in few minutes. Might be slightly expensive. Experience exhibited.
People who are allergic/intolerant to certain group of medicines should not visit him. There are some people who are allergic to certain medicines *** ** ****** ******** **** *** **** *********** *** **** *** ******* *********** ********** I have Irritable Bowel Syndrome and am allergic to antibiotics, when I discussed this with him he said that there is no other option than to have antibiotics. I had to leave from his room.
Not expected from a Doctor having so many years of experience.

There is nothing to say bad. Only thing is, hospital has insufficient equipment to check the hearing problem. So we returned back n asked us to comeback.
I wud like to comment on hospital for having nothing rather than doctor.
