Thanks for your feedback! It was unfortunate that you had to wait that long If it was a clinic running only through practo appointments then we can to some extent stick to time In fact among the 20 odd patients who visited you were the only patient who booked through practo and the other patients took appointment Much before and were already waiting in the clinic for more than 1 hour before my scheduled time! I have not guaranteed any time of appointment to practo: the time slot they gave you is entirely their mess!!yes once appointment is given I don’t deny consultation even if it gets past my timing! The only thing I guarantee to all my patients is that they will be given sufficient time for a thorough hearing and examination Infact the variety of cases which walk in virtually excludes the possibility of a fixed time schedule for each case!
