We were referred to Dr. Jayasimha through our known doctor for my Gall stone issues, the doctor explained us very clearly why it is necessary to have the Gall bladder removed given the impact it could have to other organs. ** **** **** *** ******* *** *** **** ******

Although all looked good - there were watery motions which doctor said should not happen but advised us to meet Gastroenterologist. We meet Gastroenterologist and was advised 10 - 20% patients go through this situation of watery motions until stomach is adjusted.

Everything with the doctor was good and he is very straight forward person, will tell you what works and what doesn't. I would recommend this doctor

The very thought of going under the scalpel was very dreadful. The first time I met Dr. Jayasimha to discuss my case; he had a lot of patience, explained the whole process (types of surgeries and what was most suitable for me and the reasons thereto, pre and post-surgery care etc.) in detail and most importantly answered all my questions in detail and ensured that i gained thorough understanding of the procedure recommended for me. What I loved the most about him was his transparency. He was direct and clear in his explanation about the potential risks attached due to underlying condition and also care I need to take post-surgery. This interaction made me feel very comfortable and was looking forward to my surgery.

Dr. Jayasimha performed the surgery on August 14, 2017 with great success and fantastic outcome. I was discharged on 16th morning. My best moment was, post-surgery, when I gained conscious, it didn’t feel like I was operated upon, Dr. Jayasimha and Dr. Mini were right next to me and they made me take a 10 minute walk in the post operation care unit. I just couldn’t believe myself walking around 30 mins after my surgery!

In the entire process, my experience with Dr. Jayasimha and Dr. Mini has been that of a “Trusted Family”. Dr. Jayasimha truly is a very cordial, caring, empathetic and genuine human being. His concern for his patients is unwavering. Although Dr. Jayasimha is a well noted busy healthcare professional, helping many people like me, whenever I needed his time/help, he was always there without any exception. I still remember, post-surgery, Dr. Mini would call the nurse every 2 hours throughout the night to check my condition. They spend great deal of time pre and post-surgery to ensure speedy overall recovery. This is genuine care.

Starting with my first interaction and then pre-surgery, post-surgery and until today, their care for me continues to be the same, very genuine. That’s because they truly care!
