Nasiruddin sir has done  the nose surgery on 15th October 2024 for me for my obstructive sleep apnea issue.By reading lot of articles, I am surprised to see that I am not alone and got to know 10 out of 6 people have sleep apnea problem. I am a software engineer, the issues I was facing is: - I suddenly go to sleep while I am having one-to-one meeting with my counter parts  (harm to my profession)- entire day I feel tired and drozy, anger, impatient during work (my professional performance gone down.  I was best performer all the time)- while I was driving my car along with my family  on 120 speed, I went to sleep for 2 second ( life threat, immediately sold my new car and stoped driving)Regarding surgery:it's been 12 days now and I am recovering fast. while I met sir for follow-ups, with sir words, I am even recovering faster than expected.my first impression when I met sir,  he is very pleasant, service oriented, down to earth, very hardworking. I even heard that sir has track record of handling failure cases from other hospitals and and give a new life to the patients.As a first step, he made me to feel that I am in safe hands.  I was feeling cool and calm while he explained the issue in simpler words. So I decided to listened to my heart and go along with sir and through out the process sir made me right.in my life time I hardly took even the medicine but sir said to go for surgery. when I heard this from sir, to my surprise I didnt afraid but my mind is not accepting. Sir has given enough time saying, no urgent and take your time. I took 2 years to make my mind and finally got it done on 15th Oct 2024.be mindful while you admit in hospital about the cost. that helps you to not to get upset at the end. My surgery was at  Appollo, Kondapur costed me around 2.5L. Sir sincerely tries to help patients but corporate hospitals over rule here. I wish sir will be blessed with his own operation theator soon.Special thanks to sir entire team, they are well trained and experts in bridging communication between doctor and patient.Regarding surgery experience. one of the comments above made my life easier. Each word the fellow patient Muralidhara has narrated is applicable (copy paste) for me too..Refer 2 years back post from: Muralidhara - "Visited for surgery for snoring"In my opinion, if someone debates about the god existitense, he is the visible god for me. Because it is about breathing and if it is not handled properly, life may be at risk. So we have to be in safe hands.

I had history of snoring and lately (last 9-11 months) it became nightmare not only for me but for whole family too. I gave up going out to family events and public spaces if it demands for night stay or sleep over, this means no travels etc. I confined myseIf to home and my room during sleep time.In search of solution to problem I ended going multiple hospitals multiple doctors and having cpap machine with standard statement saying you have sleep apnea and lot of tissue in and around throat region and procedure will not be sufficient and may not give you relief. Though I was ready to take a risk with procedure but no one was ready to assure what could be expected out of it.

Dr Md Naseeruddin MS was my last stop as I already gave up with a thought that this is how it will be for me. Initially I was little skeptic to visit doctor as I was turned down by the most and prepared myself to receive the comments.

Dr patiently heard my story or shall I say my pain. Based on the conversation he examined my throat deeper than anyone else. I was called again next day and it was concluded that I need a surgery to remove oversize or overgrown tonsils and it was assured that it will resolve my 80-90% of the problem, which he promised with all confidence.

Procedure happened the same week and he successfully removed the tonsils which kind of grew towards in as glands (not posting pics of my tonsils as it may not appropriate here). The surgery went well and over the expected time as it left loose columns or to say cavities in place of tonsils and fixing the same took extra time. Stayed in hospital for a night for observation and was discharged the next day.

I was feeling much better post operation it self as I could feel lot of air passing through throat. After 3 days, my family informed me there was no sign of snoring. And I was feeling much fresh in the morning which I missed for years.

I have been suffering from heavy Snoring and mouth breathing since 10 months. My day to day activities were disturbed due to Sleep Apnea as I was unable to focus on my work. I used feel very dull, even after sleeping for more than 6 hours. I have visited Dr. Naseeruddin Sir on 28 -Dec-2020 at ENT Family Care clinic, he had explained me the root cause of the issue and told me that I’m suffering from Obstructive Sleep Apnea and it was due to huge tonsils and blockage in nose (Nasal Deviation and excess soft tissue) and I need to undergo two surgeries i.e. Tonsillectomy and Nasal Surgery. I underwent my first surgery - Tonsillectomy (Snoring) Surgery at Himagiri hospital on 07-Jan-2021 it was my first surgery in my life, it really went well.

On 05-March -2021, my second surgery was done at the same hospital under Dr. Naseeruddin. Alhamdulillah post both surgeries, now I’m able to breathe through my Nose. I used to have issues with my ear like hearing sounds in different intervals. Heard about Doctor Naseeruddin online and visited him in ENT clinic. He heard me patiently and checked my ear and nose and said there is an some extra bone in one nostril and some flesh in another one. Asked me to take CT PNS to get more info on the same. After going through report He also suggested me for few medications for the same before and informed if it still continues we will go for Surgery.

As the issue was not resolved, he asked me to go for minor surgery and now I see what all issues I faced earlier are all resolved.

Had surgery recently and i can see the changes in my sleep and no noises hearing as earlier.
