I've had a really bad situation in my lower back and in my left leg due to the disk protrusion in my l3 disk. I could not even do my day-to-day work due to the amount of pain I had for more than an year. I visited Dr. Kapil and I was very pleased by the way he examined my problem and explained me about the situation in my spine and what treatment was needed and also an estimated time to heal. As I started to get the treatment with Dr. Kapil and Dr. madhuri the miraculous part had started as I feel the pain got down by 60-70% in no time and im very happy for the efforts they put into me to heal. The progress of my healing at Dr. kapil's Clinic is much more than I can explain here. Thank you Dr. Kapil and Dr. Madhuri.

Its worth if you get an appointment with Dr. Kapil. My initial sessions were good but last 2 session experience was not at par expectations. Dr Kapil was not available and the other person doesn't know only what problem I have and how many previous sessions i had. I felt clinic don't maintain patients history. We feel are we in the safe hands if every time a new person comes and asks what problem I have. In the initial stage Dr Kapil checked and told me to have 10 session treatment so I was under the impression that sessions are inter related, but I felt it's not worth if you are treated not by Dr Kapil. Clinic should work on proper maintenance of patients records and treatment schedules. I am giving 4 rating only for Dr Kapil. Overall coordination among staff is also lacking.

I was suffering from severe lower back pain and I consulted Dr. Kapil for the same. The doctor listened to my problems patiently, helped diagnosed the same and recommended a week's worth of physiotherapy sessions. I visited the clinic daily for physiotherapy sessions including laser treatment and IFT as well. A big thank you to Dr. Kapil, Dr. Lisbina and the entire team for their guidance and support. I have recovered from my back pain and I value the advice shared by the Jaya Physio Clinic team. I highly recommend Dr Kapil and his team for any consultaion or guidance rleated to Physiotherapy.
