Very disappointing experience at this clinic. **** *** ****** ** *** ********* ** *** ************* *** ****** ******* **** ********** They charged me a consultation fee and created a large file for my case, then asked me to wait because there were many patients. After waiting for almost an hour, when I finally met the doctor, I was told to come back the next day for the actual consultation.

I have been suffering severely from Pan Sinusitis for the last 6 years and I came to the Doctor with acute wheezing and cough. Dr Naveen Kumar ENT went through all the previous reports and treatment. He examined my nose, throat as well as ears. When I mentioned about one ear little blockage, he has taken out the wax. He had prescribed medicines, nebulization and nasal wash with saline water(most effective). After 15 days I have visited him with ct pns and he told that 75 % of my sinus blockage is cleared and advised me to continue couple of medicines for another 5 days. He also suggested for Septoplasty, Turbinoplasty and Endoscopic sinus surgery to have a more permanent cure. He explained the reasons for it very patiently without getting irritated by so many questions posed by me regarding the pros & construction of the above surgery treatment. Eventhough I could not take an immediate decision on surgery due to my relocation to Chennai in a fortnight, I have decided to undergo the same in future only with Dr Naveen Kumar. I have a feeling that I would be in safe hands of this Doctor who is 100% patient friendly and not otherwise. Thanks Doctor Naveen Kumar for the treatment so far.

On 30th August 2023, nose bleeding was there. Doctor did endoscopy and could trace out blood streaks at 2 points, deep inside the nose. Then doctor asked me to go for CT scan @ nose at Deendayal ENT care, East Maredpally, to find out root cause for bleeding etc. Unfortunately, bleeding source point was not found in the scan film. I lost hope about source point. Then Doctor did endoscopy again and applied suction, then blood came out from one point, deep inside the nose. Doctor explained about source point and minor surgery: passing Radio Frequency to seal the source point. While speaking to me, Doctor instructed his assistant to bring required instruments into the consultation room. By talking he made me comfortable and did the said procedure for about 1 hour. At same instance I felt that the bleeding issue git resolved. Thereby, I felt I was in very safe hands, because of he was very skillful with practical approach. Suggested to take rest for 5 days with required few tablets. As I told I am having dry cough issue since 1.5 years, immediately he asked about my BP tablet. He had gone through the medicine combination in BP tablet. Then he conveyed that said BP tablet is also cause to my cough. He changed the BP tablet and I could notice that cough started reducing.

My son is 6 years old and has frequent cold, runny nose and fever. He was always snoring loudly and disturbed sleep.

I visited many doctors in Secunderabad. Medicine were given for 2 years, but it did not work. My colleague suggested me to contact Dr. M. Naveen Kumar at Shanoy Nursing Home Hospital in Secunderabad.

He is also working at Dr. Deendayal ENT Hospital Secunderabad.

Dr. M. Naveen Kumar Sir is a very friendly person. He found that my son had enlarged adenoids and tonsils, and he explained in detail the pros and cons of the surgery.

Being parents of children with special needs we had a lot of doubts, but Dr. M. Naveen Kumar salvaged all our doubts by explaining to us about bloodless cobblestone surgery.

The surgery took for almost two hours. Shanoy Hospital is very clean and tidy and the nursing and house keeping is excellent. It feels like we are in our own home.

It's been 2 weeks since the surgery and my son is no longer snoring and he is sleeping well all night.
