Dr. Kranthi Paladugu is very friendly and explained my problem clearly. The clinic environment and staff behavior were good. I was very satisfied with the treatment and found her to be a genuine doctor who is not money minded.

Be ware of these doctors sri prakash and kranthi at KPHB. They won't bother about the patient problem, They will suggest you for surgury allways and after that your problem will not be resolved. After operation if you face any issues, Then they will charge for tests and tell you every thing is alright, even though you are not well, you need to resolve the issues in another hospital. I have visited this hospital for voice issue, Kranthi suggested me to take sinus surgery, as my left nose is blocked. you will get clear voice after surgery. and the great sri prakash has done the operation for my right nose, My left nose is still blocked and my voice issues is also not resolved. I have visited the hospital again and they told me that your voice is very clear. Everybody noticed that my voice is not fine except the great Sri Prakash and Kranthi. They won't talk to the patient much regarding the issue. Suggest your friends to don't Waste time and money by choosing them. Charges are very high. Example Charges: Endoscopy : 600 Elergy test : 1800

I have been with t Dr. Kranthi ENT clinic couple month back for my ear Problem which has happened due an accident. I was very afraid to visit the hospital as majority of them are covid care centers. I got reference from my friends and visited Dr. Kranthi. She’s a very patient person who genuinely cares about her patients. She always takes the time to explain things to me in terms that I can understand. She is diligent in making sure my health is the best it can be. She does anything and everything to help you and get you the best care. Not only has she taken great care of my health, but also she is lovely to speak with at every appointment. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. I would recommend Dr. Kranthi to anyone seeking a kind, compassionate, non-commercial and brilliant doctor!

This is my first visit. Not happy. As soon as I told about my compliant he simply scared me saying that it is a powerful bone infection and is not curable by medicines and needs surgery. Doctor lacks listening skills. Prescribed an antibiotic and painkiller for a week as meantime. Also whatever he prescribed you have go buy in their clinic as those medicines are not available in any of the pharmacies I visited (almost 10). Later i visited couple of senior ENTs in the city who simply said not to worry surgery is not required. Wrong decision of mine to visit. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone.

In addition to consultation fee of Rs. 250/-, I was also charged RS. 250/- as procedural charges for just clearing ear wax in one ear. This was unexpected! Also, the doctor can be more patient and inform patients about the possible precautions to avoid such problems in future.

Dr.Kranthi is a very friendly and efficient doctor. My brother was operated by her for tonsils and adenoids . She is very kind and well behaved with patients and their families. She explains all her diagnosis and treatment to patients.
