Dr. K Mounika

One month ago, I experienced intense earache along and I also noticed that it was affecting my hearing ability. So, I booked an appointment with Dr. K Mounika. The doctor found out that my eardrum had a hole and I needed to undergo a surgery. I received the surgery after 2 days of my consultation. It was a big surprise to me that I got the surgery date so easily and my treatment went smoothly. Although, I did not like the food I got in the hospital but the overall experience in the hospital was good.

took my son to Dr. K Mounika at pristyn care clinic as he was suffering from ear infection. She carefully examined my son and thoroughly inquired about the problem. She concluded that it was bacterial infection. The doctor prescribed some medicines and suggested my son to avoid swimming for atleast a week. *** ********* ****** ****** **** ** treating the infection and my son felt totally relieved within 5 days only. Expected more polite and friendly approach with my 7 yrs old daughter. No issues with the treatment but the way Dr instructing my kid could be better. Dr is simply commanding my daughter to not to move while performing the procedure where she is already afraid of the instrument that Dr's holding. I expect her to handle the kids in a better way by wishing them politely first and give them few minutes to settle before starting any procedure. It looks to me like the Dr is in a hurry to complete the procedure and attend the next one in line.

The doctor was in a hurry it seems because of throat infection in times of pandemic. She hardly took 2 secs to view the condition of insides of the throat which is infected. She seemed to be more worried about possible corona infection than diagnosing the problem correctly.

I had visited the doctor with ear pain and sore throat.the first thing I observed is the doctor not being empathetic at all. * *** ***** **** * ****** *** ****** *** ******** **** ******** She spent very little time in understanding the issue and suggested to go for a covid test if the issues are not solved in a week. ************ ** *** ****** ****** I would not recommand visiting Dr. mounika ** *** ******* **** *** ** ** **** *** ************ **** *** **** *********

I had ear discharge problem from last couple of years. I had consulted lot of doctors, every doctor suggested for surgery. I was little scared of surgery. Pristyncare has explained me clearly, I got convinced for surgery. I had surgery, now im completely alrighy. There is less pain and I got recovered in 2 days. Thank you Pristyncare.

Convenient and was able to get appointment in timely manner. Explanation of health issue was good. Overall good experience. However, pharmacy was not operational. It would have been better if I could have got the medicines there as well vs. finding and stopping at another location.

She is very clear in her explanation toward the problem.

I visited for brutal earache that that i was suffering from 5 days and after doc vist the earache got cured 3 days which also states that she is very sure abhojt her prescribed medicines and treatment
