In my opinion Dr.Greeshma is absolutely the best doctor I know of. I have suffered with a massive Sinusitis problem over 11 years with a chronic headache and my right nose was completely blocked where I can’t even breathe with it. Last year summer, I caught headache and it was massive couldn’t resist, it’s an absolute trauma for 3 months and more. I saw multiple doctors in Qatar (as I am working in the region over 10years) and used two/ three sets of Antibiotics, but, no relief at all. In the early part of June I was referred to Dr. Greeshma through another doctor who treats my daughter. Believe me, I was at my wits end before I saw Dr.Greeshma. I was so tired and run down. I saw Dr. Greeshma and at sight she suggested me the surgery and only solution for my problem. She was so patient in listening the problem, she understands well, highly qualified *** ***** ********* ***** *** ******** She explained me the problem well that too in an understandable language. I got fully convinced and I have undergone for a surgery immediately after two days and she took utmost care at the surgery and at each follow up. She didn’t suggest me any unwanted tests and accepted all the reports that I was carrying instead of asking to go for the tests again. The best of the Doctor Greeshma is that always she is with a great smile. That gives so much of relief and belief to the patient. It’s the sign of patience, which requires to the patients who comes with an inordinate pain. After the surgery, I feel like I have my life back, my spirits are lifted and I will be forever grateful ** **** ********* ******* **** * ** ***** ***** **** *** ** * ******* ****** ** *** **** ******* A heartfelt thanks to Dr. Greeshma, *** *** ********** *** **** *** I AM SO THANKFUL TO HAVE YOU AS MY DOCTOR. It is well worth it. Anyone looking for a REALLY excellent doctor for ENT problems, Ps. don’t even blink for a second, run (don't walk) to see Dr.Greeshma. Last but not least Like Doctor like staff, they are very courteous and wonderful as well.

Dr. Greeshma is very Good and definitely recommend her among friends and family.

In this visit, we could not meet the doctor as she was unavailable. We were informed of the same, still we had sutures to be removed and hence we went ahead with meeting another doctor available with them. There are few administrative issues that I wanted to highlight.

1. Carelessness in preparing the documentation: - Names of the patient are typed incorrectly on discharge summaries and reports. We had to leave our documentation there during discharge for correction. When we received the file again after correction, only lab reports were included and discharge summary was missing in it, which was promised.

I asked for discharge summary on the follow-up visit and I was given the same. I was shocked to see the procedure that was performed was incorrectly mentioned in the discharge summary. I tried to show the incorrect procedure name to the person who printed the report. However, they could not understand what is wrong. Finally I had to explain it to the doctor that instead of Ear Exostosis, it was mentioned as rhinoplasty in the discharge summary. Then the doctor had to direct the Registration Clerk to correct the same. The staff must be educated on what procedure is for what so that they can confidently converse with the patients.

In the end, no body apologized for such a mix up, which was very disappointing to see.

Since we had knowledge of the medical terminologies, we could catch the error. How about people who do not know?

2. 80% of the staff at the Facility are Juniors and very new in their jobs. The need for coaching and guidance in customer service is very evident.

3. I also found that the information we are sharing with the staff is not being relayed to the Doctor. I told the staff multiple times that I want to meet the Doctor before she starts the procedure, but I could only see the doctor after all the procedure was done. I was disappointed there too.

I had booked an in-clinic appointment with Dr. Greeshma P at Blume Health Multi Specialty Hospital. I traveled by cab for 5 kms to attend this appointment. However, upon reaching the hospital, I was informed that the doctor was not available. The hospital staff did not show any courtesy to inform patients in advance about this cancellation.I had taken half a day’s leave from work and also incurred cab charges, both of which were wasted. **** ********* *** ****** ** ****** ******** *** ********* *****

Absolute NO.

Hidden Fee: Though the fee says Rs.350/-. It is a mandatory extra 400 bucks (If you go for an ear problem, the first thing you will be advised is Ear cleaning for which they will charge you Rs.400)

Consultation: Can't say whether the Dr. is friendly or not because it only took 2 min. for consultation. The moment I said I have ear pain, Doc checked it with a light for a sec and told me to get the ear cleaned (remember 400 bucks for cleaning?)

Cleaning: They will put some liquid in your ear (Hydrogen peroxide??) and then after 10 min. it will be cleaned with some rotatory kind of device

What went wrong?: *** ******* **** *********** *** ***** ***** *** *** ********* the problem is I was suffering from ear drum perforation and YOU ARE NOT SUPPOSED CLEAN A EAR WITH SUCH CONDITION USING A LIQUID. Once she realized the issue after cleaning, she informed that she thought it was just a minor injury but not a perforation **** ************** Immediately wrote some antibiotics (of-course, available in their indigenous pharmacy) and informed that she might have to conduct a surgery if the perforations wont start to heal in a week

Backup of my claim: I went to the doctor only for a second opinion after I have been informed by another Doc that there might be an eardrum perforation and advised for a scan and warned not to clean it with any liquid beforehand.

Verdict: An absolute No-No for recommendation. *** *** ****** *** ** *** ******* ******* **** ********** *** ***** ***** **** ********** ** *** **** *** ***** **** ******** ** * ******* ********

The reason I am writing this feedback is to give ground reality to others so that they can benefit from the services of Dr. Greeshma P. In today's world,

it is really difficult to find right people at the right time and spend your hard earned money efficiently at the right place and get the desired result/outcome.

I had a worse history of ear discharge, it often happens on a regularly basis and would make me feel bad and unconfortable when I am with my family members & friends and at work.

I visited several known ENT specialists in the past but it did not really help - after taking medicines it stops for a while and the same story repeats.

I read about practo on internet and went through profiles of many doctors and after assessing the feedbacks online, I made the decision to go for Dr. Greeshma P to give a try for my problem.

She is an excellent human being, extremely polite and humble. She listens to her patients carefully and helps to make them understand what is the problem and how best it can be cured. I was really impressed in my first visit itself. She got my ear cleaned up and prescribed few medicines for a week or so. Guess what ???

I started feeling the difference after 1 week itself and slowly I realized that my ear discharge problem has gone - it really stopped. I was extremely happy about it. Now it has been more than 2 months since my first visit, there is no more ear discharge, ear almost got dried up :)
