The wait to meet the doctor was 2.30 hours which is not acceptable especially for a patient who is more than 80 years old and the doctor didn’t even have the courtesy to say sorry he just said I got late today such is the audacity

Experience with the doctor was absoutely good.Again to visit on thursday.Bt the thing is people at the reception table 2nd floor who were in the afternoon (male,female) were very rude to the patients who were waiting in the waiting area.She did nt even like doctor asing us to come to show the reports on thursday or friday.This being a corporate hospital i did nt expect such kind of behaviour frm ur staff.Another thing is that there is no xerox machine in such a big hospital.
