I was looking for a Gynaecologist and have started looking for good specialists, my search came to an end when reading reviews of Dr. Archana at Zoi hospital, Somajiguda. I was anxious due to my medical condition, my appointment with Dr. Archana was setup and from the very first moment she ensured that I was comfortable, she listened patiently and was assuring that things are fine. She was caring at the same time she was stern when instructing me to take care of myself and my health.
After all the tests, based on my diagnosis I was scheduled for a minor surgery, the team at the hospital helped through the entire process. Even when my husband who had joined recently a new organisation and did not have the Insurance cards- the hospital Admin Mr. Venkat and the Accounts person Ramesh helped in processing the documentation for cashless transaction without any hassle.
Dr. Archana and Dr. Swarna Sree conducted the surgery and they have taken good care of me through out. Post the surgery, the care continued with the Nurses- Anita and others who really ensured I was comfortable. There were follow ups and checking on me by the Doctor and always answered any queries I had.
I would recommend Dr. Archana or Zoi, Somajiguda with any medical needs
The consultation experience was good with the doctor. The doctor was very friendly with us and also cooperated with us. The doctor did prescribe some medicines. I would refer the doctor to others. Doctor did have time for the consultation with us. The way she explained about the health issue was understandable to us. Hardly 10min of waiting time was there to consult the doctor in hospital.
