The staff behavior was good, and although the waiting time was a bit longer by about fifteen to twenty minutes, overall it was okay. I visited Dr. Anunya Reddy for a blocked right ear caused by wax build-up. She listened carefully, confirmed my self-diagnosis, and prescribed ear drops to soften the wax. When she wasn’t available for follow-up, she referred me to a colleague so I wouldn’t have to wait, which I thought was very considerate.
