Hi , In the telecommunications we can assess the condition only by seeing the x rays and picture by that only we can assess the chances but by only that we cannot come to any conclusion by clinical orientation and initially fixation of the fracture and how the patient had taken precautions after the surgery wether he had followed all the precautions mentioned cannot be assessed by this , I can only assess by taking the x ray which you have sent me but the doctor whom you had initially consulted would have been given you the best treatment . Through online consultation we cannot only assess up to 60-70 % only 100 % assessment cannot be done without clinical evaluation .
