Oliva Skin and Hair Clinic, Gachibowli

I wish to share my disappointing experience with the Oliva team at the Gachibowli clinic. I arrived for my scheduled appointment at 6:00 PM on November 29th, but upon approaching the reception, they seemed unaware of my appointment details. Despite receiving an email confirmation, they claimed no knowledge of my appointment.

When I mentioned my appointment with Dr. Sridevi Sravya, the receptionist informed me she was on maternity leave. It baffled me that the Oliva team did not verify this information through the Medibuddy platform, which they utilize for consultations.

I waited for 15 minutes at the clinic, disrupting my working hours. The lack of accurate information provided by the Oliva team was distressing, and I felt mistreated, lacking the necessary response and respect a patient deserves.

I wouldn't recommend visiting this place where the staff lacks basic etiquette in dealing with patients, let alone considering the quality of services they offer, which should be secondary. Always remember, you're dealing with patients here!

This approach could hinder their dealings with patients, as proper communication and consideration are essential in such scenarios.

However Dr Methini kept insisting on laser treatment again and again ***** *** *** ******** ** *** *********. After that one staff explained me the charges for laser treatment as around Rs 70000. The staff tried to force me to take the treatment by saying that a discount is available only for today.
