I consulted Mrs. Sonali for my work related stress management, betrayal and politics. I brokedown infront of her. Ususally, I am a happy person, so I wasn't sure that counselling can help, but since I was in my very bottom from a long time so I thought of give it a try and trust me, it felt magical. She is very calm, empathetic and she has a good vibe. She suggested me ways of \"how to let go\" and \"how I can deal with it if it keeps coming back\". Seeing my mess, she even went beyond of what was expected in the 1st session to help me calm down. I don't know where to start about the experience with Dr. Sonali ma'am. I was walking in life carrying a baggage of past 10 years of distress and after meeting with such a great doc,I was able to see a different side of life. She entirely changed my perception about life and people. She let me see how things were not pathetic but just bad and can be overcome with a different view. She helped me turned out my own weaknesses into strengths. The highlight of the entire treatment was : It was like she opened up my brain, split into halves, asked me to show where exactly the pain is, healed it and showed me the treated area and when the pain is gone she closed and gave it safely back, indirectly the entire future. Sonali Ma'am is very calm, patient and she creates a safe space for an individual to open up. The talk therapy sessions helped me understand the roots of my issues and I feel so free and relaxed after understanding them. She also did relaxation therapy and taught me Mirror Affirmations activity to rewire my subconscious for positive thought pattern. This therapy session has brought me closer to myself and helped me develop a loving relationship with myself. It has also helped me resolve my anxiety issues which i had been struggling since the pandemic. Highly recommended her.
