on 19th March took appointment with Doctor and I was the 2nd Patient to consult him. The receptionist left the reception area after she took details and fee from me. Another lady walked into Reception and started sending one after other .. 4 patients walked in and they keep ignoring presence of me
Finally I gave up and left the clinic without consulting the doctor..
Sending patients to Dr consultation in proper order is a basic expectation

Doctor was not on time.. i got a call from clinic to reach late.. i booked d appointment for 11:15am.. i was asked to come by 11:40pm.. Even after coming at 11:40pm d doctor was not available.. Doctor comes at 12:10pm and then my appointment is taken again in the normal line for which i had to wait again for 45mins.. So ultimately it’s of no use booking an appointment from practo bcz u need to follow the normal appointment line which is dere n being used since ages

I'm very much happy with the way doctor has helped me by giving his best treatment to clean the hard wax that I had in my ear. He identified the problem quickly and ensured I do not have much pain while cleaning.
