Retrospect Counselling

We went to Ruchi for couple counselling when I was seeing no hope in resolving our issues by ourselves. She heard both sides of the story and made us really comfortable. She gave perspectives and suggested methods to communicate and resolve our issues. On the first day of the appointment, we arrived late due to traffic. She still gave us our time allocated and made us comfortable. She also frequently checks if we are doing alright. There is a personal touch to her therapy. We would definitely recommend her for therapy

I started my therapy sessions with Ruchi almost 4 months back at a time when I was going through an emotional turmoil. The sessions with her have helped me a lot in addressing my issues, understanding my own self and my potential and given me some direction on how I should proceed in certain aspects of my life. She is extremely professional and neutral in her approach, yet, interactions with her don’t feel like a strict therapist-patient situation. I feel very comfortable opening up and talking to her about things like I would do with a trusted friend.

I had a wonderful experience at this center, it was my first counseling session, and it couldn't have been better. Ms.Nivedita ensured to make the environment comfortable right from the beginning. Sometimes, just vocalizing your thoughts can lead to further self-discovery. Please note this is not the same as talking to yourself in a room which may be helpful at times, but when you can find someone who can be your friend and truly resonate with your thoughts, it can make all the difference. Given the increasing tendency of the masses to lead a fast-paced life, it is not surprising to find many suffering from loneliness and emotional invalidation ever so often. All it takes, in most cases, is a genuine/authentic conversation with a close friend/family member. There could be phases when we may not have the privilege of having such a companion to talk to, and this is exactly when seeking therapy can be of immense help. Give it a try, and you will want to keep coming back to this. Of course, finding the right therapist is crucial, and my experience with Ms.Nivedita has been amazing! Kudos!

Ruchi is an empathetic person and listens with an open mind. She largely understands the patient's issues and concerns and tries to resolve problems by giving easy to implement solutions.

She is gentle in her approach but at the same time also knows when to drive a point more assertively when needed.

Gracy is like an angel to me. She is amazing at her work. Her belief in 'everyone is of value' is practiced and followed. She is an amazing healer. She listens and empathises. With her one is sure to feel like they are in safe hands.

I am a post graduate diploma holder in counseling psychology and with whatever knowledge i have regarding psychology and mental health, i can assure that she knows her work.

Gracy has been wonderful throughout the sessions, show of empathy and compassion. She makes sure that I feel comfortable talking out stuff which I’ve been struggling with. She has in-depth knowledge about struggles with life and how to deal with them in a simpler way, she gave me a schedule to work with that helps me better myself. Overall I’m happy with the sessions till date and look forward for the future sessions.

Ms. Arouna is a very professional counsellor. I appreciate all the efforts she takes to make me feel relaxed and safe in the environment of the clinic. Thank you for opening up a much needed clinic in the Manikonda area, it will go a long way in helping people access good and affordable mental health care.

Consulted Gracy Mam for my wife post her health complication due to Pancreatic infection. She was very dull and start loosing the weight also. We met Gracy mam 5 weeks back. Post the treatment my wife was feeling better and start gaining weight also.

Your first therapy session or finding the right therapist would seem like a challenging thing ,but after my first session it definitely was not the case. Ms. Nivedita is nothing but friendly and she creates a very comforting atmosphere so that you can talk about anything or open up without having any second thoughts. Throughout the sessions, she was not only understanding and also very helpful when it comes to giving suggestions on how to get better. In my experience, I would absolutely say that you could give it a shot.

The thing I liked most is no judgement and felt comfort to speak heart out truly whether bad/good innocent/guilty feelings .
